A few years ago, Carecenta was still new for NOVA. There were a lot of features that needed to be implemented and improved upon. Carecenta has worked closely with me to ensure that we can succeed in adhering to the State's policy.

Pros

User-friendly interface which can be accessed anywhere online without needing to install any software. This allows the users of Carecenta to access their work from anywhere using any devices that allow internet connection. Marketing managers and visiting nurses can go out and get all the work done with just their smartphones.

Cons

Pricey? But no! With all the notable features and the return value from the investment is quite significant.

I think my computer skills was a con for me but we overcame that. The ease of use and my account reps ability to walk me thru everything was priceless!

It takes time to learn how to use at the beginning, it will be great if there is better onboarding training provided from the company.

schedule calendar and P schedule module is perfect. Otherwise, EVV and duplicated authorization issues always confuse us.

Pros

The quick response to the current issues.

Cons

EVV issues. Overtime above 2hrs not show up in the schedule. +0.25~1.75hrs shows well.

This is not an EVV issues. It is Carecenta feature by design: Late EVV sign-ins via GPS or Telephony calls are an exception that is brought to your staff attention by highlighting the visit box in orange. Office staff would need to process the exceptions. Carecenta won't be validating such item automatically. We hope this helps

Carcenta handles so many aspects of my business, I do not know what we would do without it!

Cons

I would have like to have a way to configure intake forms and have it port directly into account, but this is not a big deal

We have been with Carecenta since opening our Adult Day Center in 2016. Originally we had to modify the Home Care platform to meet the needs that we had for our Adult Day Center. Despite this, the willingness to work with us and adjust things as needed was outstanding. Customer Service. Since our inception and growth, we have now transitioned to the Adult Day Center platform (which has improved tremendously), and we are very happy. Along the way we received continued EXCELLENT customer service, and we are very happy with Carecenta!

Pros

We really like the Personalization and Customer Service - outstanding. Whether we needed a modification, training, or problem solving the staff is always responsive. This makes me feel like a valued client!

Cons

Originally they did not have the Adult Day Center platform that met our needs. Has improved dramatically!

I have used Carecenta for managing both employees and clients, I can confidently say this platform has been a valuable asset to our operations. Carecenta offers a user-friendly, all-in-one solution that makes it much easier to handle scheduling, billing, documentation, and communication—everything needed to keep things running smoothly in a care-focused business.

Carecenta is a very resource platform to use. They are like a one stop shop, features are easy to use and very affordable especially for starting new business. It appears to be easy to use no matter that age group for the customer. I am really glad I found them.

Presentation was pretty quick but she did leave plenty time for questions. I wish the first onboarding would have had more information

Pros

For almost 10 years, my company was using another software system that was costing us time and money because it could not meet our needs in nursing support for home care service. When we finally started using Carecenta, we were very impressed with its performance track record and rich functionality. It almost too good to be true - we save so much time on work tasks, it's incredible. Carecenta is very easy to use, and as a result, It took less than two hours to train our entire staff. It is the most advanced and powerful management and financial software for the home care industry.

Cons

I feel I could use a little more training than the 2 days Carecenta staff provided. There are some smart functions that are not obvious at the beginning and take a bit more time to get familiar with. I would recommend taking at least 4 session of training.

Carecenta has made EVV simple for my home healthcare agency. Now we can make sure that our HHA’s arrive at the correct location and that each patience receives the correct care based on their MD form. Carecenta has a unique interactive telephony system that allows me to view the actions of my HHA’s. With Carecenta’s latest technology, I can track the progress of each home health aide and the care of all patience’s. Carecenta home health software serves as an advocate to the home health industry.

The demo took some time to complete, but other then that nothing crosses my mind.

By using Carecenta I am able to see authorization for patience care faster! I am notified if there are any problems with compliance applying to any of my HHA's and can quickly navigate to another HHA to send out to the patience. Carecenta's cloud based system allows me to view my HHA's schedule from anywhere. By dialing in with the patience's phone, I can see what time my home health aide clocked in and what time they clocked out. I can even see what time each service task was completed. Plan of care is now more manageable because of Carecenta software!

Daycenta is incredibly easy to use, with a clean, no-nonsense interface that gets straight to the point. It streamlines complex processes, eliminates unnecessary steps, and just works—no steep learning curve, no frustrating glitches. What used to take me hours of manual work or troubleshooting is now done in minutes. It’s been a total game-changer for my workflow, saving me time, energy, and a lot of headaches!

Cons

The scheduling feature in Daycenta is a standout, especially on the client side. While employees have a different interface, the client scheduling tool is clearly designed for efficiency. It simplifies what used to be a time-consuming task, making it easy to set appointments and manage availability with just a few clicks. It’s intuitive, fast, and has saved me a significant amount of time compared to older systems.

I love Carecenta. I find it easy to use and very reliable. My first time using the product it was pretty easy to navigate around and become familiar with it fairly quickly.

Pros

It's very accurate and I never experience glitches or issues. It is easy to find tabs that I am looking for.

Cons

There could be more functions in the clients profiles. Also there could be more spots for emergency contact information.
