Wonderful impact and easy process for sure.

Pros

What I admire the most is working remotely through this software. It gives me a great experience when working from home.

Cons

It doesn't have screen sharing. Screen sharing is so important when working remotely so I had to use an extension for that.

I have not really had much trouble with the software. Every now and then an update will change things slightly but nothing that is hard to navigate. Online Live Chat has been so easy to use.

Pros

This software makes it extremely easy to chat with people from all across the world. It is a great way for customers to express their concerns or issues they may be having but it is also a great way for administers to connect with other businesses.

Cons

I cannot complain about the software. I have been using it for some time now and still love the ease and accessability of it.

excellent tool to track and have a personalized communication with potential customers from anywhere and at any time.

Pros

in a few minutes simply adding a JavaScript code can implement Live Chat online, I like it a lot because I answer all the visitors from my smartphone which makes them feel more secure and clear their doubts

There is not much to add, it is a simple and quite useful software that does not have any complication or problem
