"the best software for a personalized live chat"

Overall: I give live support to all visitors and at the same time I can track the path traveled by users throughout the website

Pros: is a software quite easy to integrate into your website, chat live with visitors and customers to solve their problems. We can share images and pdf files etc, my favorite function is the programming of messages when we are off-line.

Cons: excellent program, I have nothing bad to comment, we can check with the free demo and draw our conclusions.

"OnlineChatCenters is great to improve our online marketing strategy"

Overall: with OnlineChatCenters I create empathy and a personal marketing (one to one) with all users and visitors.

Pros: thanks to OnlineChatCenters I can communicate easily and quickly with all visitors, what I like most about this software is its tracking function with which we can see the tastes and preferences of users.

Cons: a small detail is that sometimes the google translator send sentences without meaning, but we can improve after a few attempts

"Just Needs Tweaking"

Overall: Have used for many years and has been a good value. Just some tweaking to be able to save a set of columns visible in chat window would be nice. Also to be able to reach OCC support direct from chat window and get a quicker response in off-hours.

Pros: It's a great value for the cost and works well most of the time. Chat window is cuatomizable so it fits our needs.

Cons: Every time I restart my machine I need to reset the columns in the chat client window to the ones I want to see or not see. Sometimes it's hard to get support on the weekends and holidays. It would be nice to see chats in progress with operators.
