Fantastic, Great and Timely Support, Stable and Enterprise friendly. Easy UI and Best Suitable for Aviation Industries

Pros

Stability and Post Deployement Support on the highlight issue. The problem was correctly identified with the root cause and resolved

Cons

As far as being the day to day user of LB, the product is very good for enterprises. It would be great if a online sinulator available for New User to experiment on the tool.

In the last 5 years of use we had not a single bug or unavailability of service. Whenever we contacted the Support, we received an immediate attention to the question and a solution/instruction of the actions to be taken.

Pros

The installation and the management of the solution is particularly easy. Once the few prerequisites are met, we "forget" the product and we let it run.

Cons

Whenever a new server and service is added the configuration needs to be applied which causes a very short interruption of the service.

Not a usable product yet. We will watch in our test environment for hopefully something that actually would help our management of domains, WAFs, certificates, firewalls, etc. across our multi Loadbalancer environment.

Pros

Really good idea to manage multiple Loadbalancers and WAFs but the current implementation is very weak.

Cons

Where is the "meat?" Can't see the WAF logs, can't modify the appliances, can't manage firewalls, etc. Needs a lot more.

Ouch, It never feels great to get a one star review. You're right the new ADC Portal is definatley not very useful for WAF observability. But your feedback is incredibly useful, and means we might accelerate our plans... Several customers have given us feedback that they want more graphs, more logs and definately more automation! At the moment with the ADC Portal you can see and oraganise your F5/Citrix/Kemp estate (visibility), schedule backups, see your SSL Certifcates and CVE warnings and use secure remote access to fix issues directly + software updates for Loadbalancer.org Enterprise ADCs. Coming soon is monitoring, alerting and automation pipelines.. Observability graphs and logs + AI analysis won't be comming for a while. However we do have several improvements comming soon in the core Enterprise ADC product: Such as improved HTTP/2 SSL and SNI support for the WAF. Once again, thank you so much for your feedback. Overall, our experience with Loadbalancer over the past year has been excellent. Support has been consistently responsive and proactive, especially when assisting with special configurations that required additional expertise.

Pros

The Loadbalancer team provides excellent support and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we have the information needed to keep our systems running smoothly.

Cons

I’m not aware of any notable cons when working with the Loadbalancer support team. The systems operate as designed and meet our expectations.

Overall experience is, to put it mildly, excellent! Probably the best value for money I saw in my 20 years in IT.

Pros

Ease of use and configuration, plenty of options, performance, stability - in short: everything. I rarely come across such a well put-together system.

Cons

There is not much to dislike, it just works and it works flawlessly. It's secure, fast and easy to use even for a beginner.

Great company to deal with. Solid product with plenty of features. Doesn't need constant tinkering or maintenance once up and running (except for patching). Pricing is good for top tier product, and offers good value for money.

Pros

The appliance provides a huge amount of configuration options, with a lot of granular control to suit most hosting environments. We use it for balancing between web servers to provide failover capabilities and it does the job without complaining. No performance impact. The support is what really sets Loadbalancer.org aside from similar products. Very responsive and knowledgeable engineers, no need to deal with 1st line gatekeepers. Every time I've dealt with support, I've only been met with friendly, approachble people who know their stuff.

Cons

It can be a steep learning curve for anyone new to this. If you've come with existing experience with HAProxy or other Apache-based reverse-proxy platforms, you may find it easier to get started. However, the onboarding process and support has been really helpful.

Switched from

[XG Firewall](https://www.capterra.com/p/187688/Sophos-XG-Firewall/)

Better value for money as we use a lot of different domains, resulting in very high costs for cloud alternatives.

Very positive, easy to use, prompt results to support calls. I've raised tickets for major outages and small "how do I?" questions and got good responses.

Pros

Easy to use, liked the menu groupings, very nice GUI. Current state of services is clear to see. Good documentation.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, it really just works, there are no real "gotchas" or tricky bits on the configuration. It does pay to read the documents

We have been extremely happy with the product the entire time, our questions and concerns are all solved in a timely manner and support is prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.

Pros

It was not difficult to set up and get running, and the documentation was extensive. The support team has been excellent. There are extensive sets of options to configure the load balancer.

Cons

The worst thing I could say is that it feels like the device is geared towards developers and requires a high level of technical knowledge.
