Pros For time-keeping, as a user, I'm not burdened compared to systems I've used in the past. I can also run reports, which I like, but they are very difficult to figure out. The team from deltek was excellent during our migration in 2014 and they continue to provide excellent support when we have questions or need to tune the application settings. Cons I really don't have any negatives about the vendor, they have been excellent. My only complaint about the product is that from a reporting perspective it can be difficult to find a report that crosses infocenters. November 14, 2016 5.0 At first this software was a little challenging to wrap my head around but once I made the connection between what I needed and what it could do for me I ran with it. I spent every day learning everything I could about Vision and utilized it to it's full capacity to help my team and the Project Managers with their projects. I can honestly say Vision has been a great product to use for Billings, Project Management and overall project performance. I especially enjoy the reporting side to Vision. It's a great aspiration but is let down by the very poor usability. Search function is overly complex and requires multiple clicks to get what you need; multiple tabs under multiple dropdowns so it's difficlt to remember how to get to the things you really need; non-intuitive labelling and terminology; reporting is very poor quality and generates enormously wide spreadsheets that can not be condensed into manageable reports; limited graphical output available. I am sure this will improve with time, but currently seriously unimpressed. We are able to put the best resources on our projects and coordinate regardless of the resource or location of the project. Pros The ability of accessing the tracking and performance of projects with the integration of accounting and resource planning. Cons Difficult to access on Apple products or through most ISPs except explorer/edge. I'm sure there is a reason but the lack of platforms to access Vision is agonizing. Also, hard to adjust sizing of individual input boxes, therefore you must scroll left to right instead of seeing all the boxes on the same page.
