These "enhancement requests" are necessary to run reports efficiently. Like having cash collected sorted by project manager is considered an "enhancement request." Seriously?! AP/GL/PR take a lot of steps to get something accomplished. There isn't an ease is correcting an error or changing an account number. I sometimes need to ask employees how to us the system. I cannot comment on customer support since I was not aware there was this service. I am not aware of the cost of the service so I cannot answer that portion.. Vision is relatively user friendly and once you understand a few peculiarities it is easy to use. The Deltek support program is top notch. The Deltek Vision system allows us to do much more in terms of project management, billing, accounting and estimating. Although Vision could use a little more "intuitiveness", it is overall an excellent product. There are some areas that are not as user friendly and it can take quite a bit of effort to figure it out but once you understand how the system works, the possibilities are endless. Working with accounts payable has never been so easy! Cons It is a little hard to get to know it completely. It requires too much learning time.
