It makes navigation easy. Cons The software is extremely particular. For example, it won't let you have a blank line in your timesheet - you must delete the row entirely. I love being able to log on and get answers quickly without having to get on the phone. Cons Consulting is often required because of lack of training on new tools. There has to be an easier way to input everything. My coworkers and I have wasted many hours trying to figure out how to use this and we still mess it up sometimes and it affects our paychecks. Pros I like that the buttons and options are not overwhelming and the design and colors are overall nice. Cons I have had to call the payroll lady 5 times already to help me figure out how to correctly input my traveling and working hours BECAUSE: I needed to create two separate columns, one for traveling hours and one for normal working hours. However, the software does not calculate the hours on its own. It gets incredibly confusing with overtime and figuring out which category to include the OT hours in. If I input it incorrectly, it gives me an error without explaining the problem. I wish the software simply asked to input working and driving hours and it would do the math on its own based on company protocol and California law. Furthermore, I still don't think I input my travel expense reports correctly but I am not about to waste another 3 hours trying to figure out how to do it differently. You should be able to use credits against your clients instead of only the job. I also see that things are so hidden that you have no choice other than to turn to tech support which may or may not be able to help you. Pros I am not a current user but, I have used it a previous companies. I thought it was the best time tracker/manager I have used anywhere. Jobs were cataloged well and everything was easy to use and find. Cons I can't remember anything I didn't like about it. Although, I should have been more diligent about inputting my time. It's been stable and done what was required. There is so much in it we don't actually use. Quite powerful software. Only downside has been the requirement to run / launch from Windows Internet Explorer, but this has partially been alleviated with the cross browser Navigator/iAccess product. I like that the project number/task data pops up when only one part of it is entered. I like that credit card data shows up in expense statements and you can just click and add the item to the statement.
