It has a lot of great tools in the software, yet I find it very glitchy.

Pros: I like how it notifies you when something does not add up right. I also like the reports that it can generate.

Cons: It crashes often. I have had it freeze plenty of times or give me error messages where I will have to log out.

Overall: It is a daily helpful tool.

This software was used in my organization to track statistics.

Pros: I like the ease of use. There are minimal amounts of options, therefore, it is easy to navigate.

Cons: What I like least about this product is that oftentimes when I wanted to save the data entered, it would freeze and I would have to reenter the information.

Pros: It works seamlessly and we've never had any issues with it.

Cons: No cons

Overall: We use netscaler to access applications that we use everyday. It is very reliable and doesn't crash like others do. It also notifies you if your receiver needs to be updated.
