Pros Kudos has best offerings for HRM team in organization. One most thing is that it has peer to peer recognition system which rewards and boosts employees' confidence level in their projects. The ease and speed of the system allow me to submit the recognition quickly which is important on a busy day. Pros I like that Kudos is easy to use and fast. I can quickly recognize a teammate or another co-worker when they display the Bill.com values and go above and beyond. Cons Nothing.
