Pros Kudos helps us to recorgnize our colleagues for the good job done on work tasks. It has option of Good Job, Exceptional.Kudos allows to redeem points which we get shopping vouchers given by our Human Resource.Kudos can be installed on any smart phone or used through the web browser making it easy to use upon recorgnition. I enjoy reading the news feed of Kudos recognition throughout our organization. It helps me learn about many of the great things taking place throughout our company. For staff awards, managers can pick from a number of eGiftCards. Cons Kudos doesn't have a pulse survey tool like 15Five or Culture Amp, and many users have requested that GIF support be added. Great Idea! Pros This is a great tool to show appreciation for personnel and their efforts to work together to grow as a company . Cons I am unsure if it is a client based setting but there should be defined causes for resetting an activity. We all use it and enjoy being able to use it. It is nice that you can do something good for someone and they can recognize you on a platform that the owners see. It is also nice that there is a reward aspect with it too. This is the first time I have had the ability to use Kudos and I think it is a wonderful way for everyone to work their hardest and for people to show their gratitude for that hard work. Pros I like the ease of use, the ability to determine how much you can give, and the new options for redeeming rewards. It is nice that you can make it visible to everyone or not. Sometimes you want everyone to know that you were assisted by someone and you are giving them kudos. Cons I wish there was more options for emojis and stickers. I find my self connecting with more of my co-workers on a deeper level. It helps to encourage a positive work environment and overall strong mentality. When I get kudos, I instantly get a smile on my face and then want to give someone that same feeling by sending out my own! Pros Kudos is a wonderful platform that allows employees to feel connected with their co-workers in a positive way. The act of giving and receiving kudos helps to generate positive interoffice relationships. On are the more individual basis, this platform allows for instant gratification. By having this instant positive affirmation, I feel more encouraged to continue producing high-quality work. Cons I truly believe the platform is in a great spot. April 26, 2019 4.0 Pros With a fast-paced environment and lots of employees, passing recognition quickly and effectively can easily be overlooked. Positive reinforcement is so important for overall job satisfaction and performance. Kudos is easy as sending a quick email, and it's company-wide recognition. The software adds the social element of work which is often missing in medium to large companies. It provides a human element to business by formally recognizing your peers which may boost their morale. Pros I can recognize fellow colleagues for their outstanding achievements and for going over and above their daily responsibilities. I also like the list of merchants that are tied to the rewards system. If it is a very appealing list (partner merchants) with great variety for everyone. I also like the fact that the software is easy to use and easily navigable. Cons With my weekly usage, I did not experience any downfalls with the software as it fits its intended use. We originally had a paper form of recognizing our co-workers, and it was hard keeping up with pages that had torn or ripped out. Going to an electronic form of recognition was such a great decision. I like logging on and being able to see birthdays and anniversaries of my co-workers. I hope we continue to use Kudos in the long run. Pros I like the options that are given to recognize our peers, as far as what we can choose after we write our comments. I think those "compliments" really help our comments stand out, sort of like a hashtag. Cons What I least like about Kudos is the value of what each comment is worth. I feel like employees that go above and beyond should receive much more than what is given now. I also wish we had more gift card options. Review Source Terence S. Overall extremely happy and support the program. Pros Super easy and quick and intuitive to use! I like that the reviews are public and that one can chronologically view these reviews. People are more responsive to you and tend to follow your lead. I don't want to say they will do what you ask, but the interactions become more seamless. Pros If you don't spend your allotment of kudos by the end of the month, that bank disappears. So, it's a matter of getting into the program before the end of the month to send out your allotment of kudos for that month. Once you figure this out, it become easy to do.
