I am able to use the feedback to recognize and reward those employees who are continually going above and beyond expectations. Cons There website is not the most reliable to always be up. There could be a reminder system for implementers to update rewards, or to ensure fairness across departments since one department is most likely to get more rewards while other departments will rarely get rewards just because of role within the company not because of performance. We run monthly goals of CrewHu and it is healthy, competitive and drives quality effort. Pros What a great tool to publicly recognize and acknowledge colleagues for a job well done! It's very easy to use and customize for effective outcomes that can truly change culture and behavior. Cons At times, I feel limited because of the reward amount settings. There are times I would like to give more CrewHu out to honor and compliment a colleague but my monthly limit has run out.
