It's not all about the prizes but mostly shows that employees recognize good behavior whenever we look out for one another. Pros All the different prizes you can redeem points for like gift cards for Visa, Chipotle, Uber, etc and other things like company apparel. Cons Sometimes it can take awhile to build up points. Pros I like ho easy it is to use and how we can use it to keep the team motivated and engaged. It allows me to realize which clients are filling out the surveys most often and which clients scores are consistent and/or need room for improvement. Pros The user interface of Crewhu is extremely easy and intuitive. It makes it easy for customers to provide feedback in detail or quick snippets. Pros I somehow got an account but only use this through my company. Not sure how I got on this list. Crewhu is fine as a user but I do not make any decisions here or use it personally.
