"Great recognition app"

**Overall:** My overall experience has been positive.I like being able to recognize coworkers and redeem rewards.

**Pros:** How easy the app is to use. It makes recognizing coworkers and redeeming rewards quick and straightforward.

**Cons:** The app can be a little slow at times, especially when browsing rewards or loading the pages so it takes a bit longer

"Award Co is a great benefit"

**Overall:** My overall experience was great, everything that I ordered was in stock and shipped in a timely matter.

**Pros:** What I like most about Awardco is that when you get points that you can spend them on things you really want and use. I also like the fact that we can order company gear.

**Cons:** The only thing that I can say that I had a small issue was the length of time it takes to receive your Amazon order and i only feel that way because I am a Prime member :)
