"Great recognition app"

**Overall:** My overall experience has been positive.I like being able to recognize coworkers and redeem rewards.

**Pros:** How easy the app is to use. It makes recognizing coworkers and redeeming rewards quick and straightforward.

**Cons:** The app can be a little slow at times, especially when browsing rewards or loading the pages so it takes a bit longer

"Amazing Rewards"

**Overall:** I love that my employer is involved with Awardco, it sends regular updates, but not too many. It gives a variety of options to "cash out". The points never expire, which is the best thing about it.

**Pros:** Mostly, its focus on meaningful recognition that feels authentic and personalized rather than generic.

**Cons:** Overall, I didn’t find anything I strongly disliked about Awardco. If I had to identify an area for improvement, it would be that, like many robust platforms, there can be a learning curve for new users navigating all the available features. Beyond that, my impression of Awardco has been positive in terms of functionality, usability, and impact.
