Who doesn't like to be recognized for doing something well or thanking someone who helped you out. Pros I love that your employer and fellow employees have the oportunity to reward you with Points to be used to purchase so many things, i.e. like Visa cards, retail store cards, etc. and the oportunity to thank a fellow employee for helping you with a certain project is always rewarding to both the person your giving it to and yourself for giving it! Cons There really isn't anything I can think of that I don't like. Who doesn't like being recognized for something you did well, or a Happy Birthday wish, or points to purchase something that you wanted:) Review Source JM Jessica M. I don't have to mess around with a card they have given me to where I have to scan something in. It's all right there, just a few simple clicks of a button and i'm done. Delivery time is usually pretty fast as well on anything I order. Pros I love how easy this platform to use. It is so much easier to use that the old system that we had in place. The range of items you are able to chose from is awesome and super appreciated. Also love being able to see recognitions that my peers receive as well as being able to go back and look at ones that I have received. Cons The only thing that I don't like about this is some of the gift card options. I think we should have more common ones on there as well like WalMart. Review Source JP Jaime P. The implementation of Awardco was the easiest our HR team has ever experienced. It's a product that makes management, administrators, and employees happy! That's rare!! Pros The ease of use for searching for a possible reward is wonderful. There's a lot of choices to get something from the employer or even other outlets that I love, such as Amazon. Its easy to use the points and it is really nice to see everyone's comments and recognition. The ability to provide feedback is amazing as well. Cons I do not have a lot of cons about awardco. Employees feel that they are recognized for their hard work and therefore want to do more for themselves and company. Pros Choice of awards. I am an avid fitness fanatic and would definitely love discounts on gym and workout equipment. Cons Would like more travel discount options. I love to travel. I've taken advantage of many rewards. Most importantly, my employees love it! Pros The best feature of Awardco is the ease in which I can recognize and reward someone. It takes less than a minute to leave a message and reward a great effort. Cons I had some problems when I used Awardco to purchase products on Amazon. The ordering and shipping process was very slow in comparison to the Amazon Prime 2-day shipping standards. March 28, 2022 5.0 With employees spread further apart than ever due to remote work, Awardco has helped bridge some of the issues that occurred by a providing them a platform to engage and recognize each other. Pros Integration was an easy process. The ability to have multiple programs is great so that you can offer a variety of ways for employees to interact. The product is easy to use from an admin’s perspective as well as an end user. The options for awards is ever growing and there is literally something for everyone. The ability to offer charities is a huge plus since it allows employees to feel like they are making a difference. Another option that is great is the ability to have local businesses offered as rewards. A lot of employees like to help build their communities and this is a great way. Cons Being able to see approvals and denials as the leader would be nice. The ability to look back and review is always helpful. It's integrated with our MS Teams all-employee channel for visibility and it's fun to see other employees respond and reply to posts. Our finance team has the reports they need and customer service is responsive. Pros A point is a dollar - no smoke and mirrors as to what a chosen prize costs. If you purchase something on Amazon you get it in a few days. The platform is super easy to customize and administer. I wish AwardCo made a HRIS system - I would hop to them in a heartbeat. Customer service is fantastic as well. Shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\]! \[sensitive content hidden\] was our implementation lead and she deserves applause as well. Cons The funding accounting takes a little getting used to, but whenever I had a question I got the help I needed. July 20, 2023 5.0 My overall experience with Awardco has been great. I like to see that my coworkers appreciate the small details I try and do for them. Pros I like how easy it is to recognize someone for something they did and that other's can see it as well. Makes you feel good when you send it and when you see that someone recognized the efforts you put into you job. I like how the points let you get things that you really want instead of something that you will never use again. Cons If you could add GIF to the Awardco process that would be cool. Options to create your own gift card amount Options for egift cards because there is a lot of fraud with actual gift cards in stores now. Cons not used enough by the team. I think it is such a compliment for our organization to use AwardCo to reward its employees. Pros AwardCo allows organizations to utilize an interactive, easy-to-use system of rewards. I love that I can earn points, easily search for products that are delivered to my door, and recognize others within my organization. It's fun, and easy to use! Cons Nothing really. Only on my last order did I receive an order that had broken components and I don't know what to do about that, if anything. But I don't see how that would be AwardCo's fault or problem. November 26, 2019 5.0 Awardco has helped to foster an atmosphere where I am actively watching for the good work that others are doing so that I can recognize my colleagues on the Awardco platform. This helps me have habits centered around gratitude and appreciation of others at the forefront of every interaction. I've always tried to express gratitude, but I certainly didn't express it as often when someone helped with a project. A quick verbal thank you would have previously been the extent of the expression of gratitude. With Awardco, I know that I have 5 points every month to highlight others, and if I don't use them they are wasted opportunities. So I'm conciously looking for those opportunitites to express gratitude in a bigger way - a written thank you via Awardco. And I've found that it's very easy to find way more than 5 opportunities each month, and I often do still write a note on Awardco, even if I'm out of points. That note is so quick to write, and it means a little more than the verbal gratitude. It certainly means more to me when I get one from someone else. Thank you Awardco for fostering positivity and a strong sense of team at my workplace! Pros Awardco gives me the ability to recognize my colleagues when I see someone doing something awesome or working hard on a project. At my company, we each have 5 Awardco points that we can give out every month. It's such a great way to strengthen teams and inter-departmental relationships. I'm always on the lookout for reasons to give Awardco points to my colleagues, and this has really helped me appreciate the great work that so many around me are doing. I also LOVE getting Awardco points when others recognize me - seeing the notification email always immediately makes my heart race with joy! And then reading something nice from a colleague makes the whole day brighter. I love that we have the ability to shine positivity on each other and celebrate each other's accomplishments. And I love to occasionally read what my colleagues are getting Awardco points for, as it's exciting to hear what everyone is working on. The fact everyone in the organization can see the praise is upbuilding to those who receive the recognition as well as to those who generate the recognition. Pros I love the fact we can shout out to ANYONE at the organization. We have the option to make the shout-out private - but really, I've never used that. If someone has done an outstanding action - I want everyone to know! Cons In the past we did not have the option to convert our points to a credit card. December 1, 2022 5.0 I think it is an amazing tool and makes a huge difference in thanking someone. That goes a very long way!!! Pros Easy to use and well organized. When you have a tool that makes it easy to recognize someone, it is more likely to be used. Cons 1- You are unable to delete a submission if needed. 2- Only management team is allowed to submit $$ AwardCo. This does not send a very good message. Support teams deal with so many different departments/people and are at the front line. Not allowing them to submit $$ to another team player means AwardCo is only being used 50% of the benefit it offers.--->Suggestion, add an option to enable someone to delete something that was submitted by mistake (it happens). I think this would be a good benefit for the administrators. Right now, I have to contact HR and they contact you. Empower the administrators a tad more. Review Source MT Michael T. It's the first time EVER I have used a benefit program to purchase things I wanted not just needed. The choices were amazing! I was like a kid at Christmas when my items arrived and I still have points to spend. Loved it. Easy to use, look through order and enjoy the products upon receipt!!! Pros I could come and go into it with ease while I was making choices as to what I wanted to order and it would save my items either in my cart or my wish list. Cons I did go over this in the responses early. I didn't like how you have to be so specific to bring up items. Ex: Purses did not bring up all the purses that were listed in Michael Kors for example. Listing Bedding, did not bring up all the bedding that listing sheets would or comforters. I would prefer the entire list since some areas I'm not as familiar to look into as others.
