My CSM would always get back to me and explain things further, if I needed.I feel that it is easy to use and things are not complicated to do. Steps for each process aren't too difficult. Pros Our company chose Awardco because of it's ease of use and the option of shopping directly on Amazon. Gift cards are great choices, but sometimes people will not use them, so allowing shopping and having it shipped to your house was a great choice. Giving a recognition is a few easy steps and we wanted something that was easy for all our employees to be able to do. Cons When we were in the transition phase of setting this up, there was an organized project management tool used, which we never used before. We had some hiccups with it, but then we received guidance and it went smoother.I will say that we had been handed over to some different people over time, which I understand that people change positions, but some of the communication differed. Sometimes finding the info you may need, such as a certain report, can be a little challenging. Reason for choosing Awardco We chose Awardco because at the time, it was reasonably priced. It offered easy steps for everyone to use it.We really liked the option of shopping on Amazon. We felt that it was a more modern offer than others. Review Source RB Robyn B. The selection of ecards is amazing. And there are other things you can purchase to form mixers, watches ect. Pros The selection of ecards is amazing! A lot to choose from! The customer service and representatives that they have working for Awardco are stellar, they are always making recommendations to us on how we can better reward our teams. We use Awardco for a multitude of things from recognizing anniversaries, recognition programs, employee referral programs, and so much more! Cons As we grow with more and more people our bills get higher with the usage of employee engagement and spending! It pays to recognize, literally! Cons The t-shirts fit funny in the sleeves. They feel like the sleeves were designed to face the opposite direction. The dropdown menus are self explanatory. Choosing your reward is easy once you decide what you are looking for :) I really enjoy getting emails telling me that I have bee recognized. And being able to recognize my co-workers, who really deserve kudos but sometimes they get overlooked due to the work they do. Cons I don't like that I don't know how you earn points, but that may be just miscommunication between us and the admins in our company. I would like it if i could recognize 2 people at the same time...like if they did a team effort and they both deserve recognition. I was emailed the EGift card immediately upon choosing it. It is extremely easy to recognize anyone for anything and makes interpersonal connections strong/stronger. I think it promotes others to recognize people as well. Pros It is extremely quick and easy to navigate in the system and provide all information necessary for the recognition. Pros I have been a user for over a year now and I do like that I can recognize anyone in a quick manner. We all are so very busy these days and if a program is too cumbersome (i.e. has to many steps) people will not utilize it. I find Awardco is very easy to use with only a few "keystrokes" to make an impact for others. I also like that you can recognize a group of people or just a single person. Some of them like to spend their rewards quickly and others like to save them up and make larger purchases. Its a great way to empower employees to make their own choices. Pros What I like most about Awardco is how easy it is to use and how much our employees like to have a choice of what they want to spend their points on. Cons I have not ran into any problems yet. Pros Awardco gives you a chance to complete wellness activities and earn points that are redeemable for monetary gifts and awards. It also allows you to recognize peers for their outstanding performance and award them with a monetary award. Cons Awardco seems to be very user friendly. The tracking is easy. Pros I like that it was very easy to use it was not an issue getting what we ordered it came sooner than expected and we will able to get more for just small amounts of points we got . I Iove it . As an employee, I go on the website, type someone’s name, put how many points their help was worth to me, and say thank you. As far as the checkout process, it’s instant. You get the eGift card within 3 seconds to your email. But most importantly my team loves using the product to thank each other. Even if it’s just getting my teammate a coffee’s worth of points they’re very happy. Cons At first we had a product that was customized so that only leadership could give points. With a huge company, the people that gets points were those that were directly under the management team. It was honestly unfair. And further, the points we did get were so infinitely small that you would have to basically be employee of the year for two years to get FarmVille bucks. Exaggerating a little bit not that much! Pros I like the fact that Awardco points can be given at anytime from a computer, and that employee will see it on their own time by email. Face-to-face interactions can be hard, but receiving a thank you email with Awardco points is easy! Cons I think a "sale" category could be good to improve Awardco. The best thing is you can let them pile up and buy something expensive (I bought myself a really nice shredder last month) or you can continuously give these out to coworkers who do nice things for you! Cons Sometimes the product description could be better. Those little pats on the back and recognizing peers, doctors, managers throughout a huge company makes all the difference during very trying times. Awardco is a great product to use with ease of access and navigation. Pros I feel this product is very easy to use with a great user interface. Radio buttons are very helpful and the layout doesn't make things confusing at all. Short, simple, and to the point so users won't get lost with having to read extra text/information that's not needed. Cons This feature might be limited per company/business this software is with, however... I feel there could be more options for choosing eCards/recognition pictures.
