I think there's some areas where we could improve or change, but overall--it does it's job and certainly serves its purpose of helping encourage the habit of a positive shout out of other coworkers. As it is now, I would recommended it to others if I felt the platform would be relevant. Pros Awardco is a great tool to encourage the team to give praise to others and helps to make it a routine habit of positive shouting out of other coworkers. While we aren't given many credits, I do feel that it's till a good value for the money. The low amount does prevent you feeling like you have to struggle to use all of your credits up. Cons Customer service response time. I had an issue during the holidays and tried to reach out, but was not able to get a quick response back. There wasn't any posted holiday hours listed I could find. They did get back to me and handle the issue after the holiday however. Our peer-to-peer recognitions went from about 50/month to 600/month with the ease of recognizing peers on the platforms. It is also easier for leaders to individually recognize their employees with extra vacation days or points. Pros Removed manual barriers in rewards and recognition for employees; increased peer-to-peer recognition of organizational values; variety of choices in points redeemed; leader recognitions at the touch of a finger; miscellaneous option to award points for special programming/events throughout the year Cons There is a learning curve in running the reports; customer support is not always timely when there is an issue; the swag stores could use an upgrade - we discontinued ours based on quality. February 12, 2026 5.0 In general we have had a wonderful overall experience with Awardco and I would recommend for any business or teams to give it a try Pros I absolutely love Awardco - it allows our team to encourage one another and appreciate our contributions - it gives employee management an opportunity to engage, they have excellent customer support and who does not love the gift card here and there - what a wonderful thing! We get tremendous value for our money and there are never any bugs or issues with the system. Reliable and easy to use - no learning curve! and it's great for file sharing. What is not to love?? February 13, 2026 5.0 I found awardco super easy to use and navigate. The learning curve was very short because of the excellent directions for use. I love being able to easily access my awards and have such a tremendous selection of products and gift cards to choose from. It has been a great experience each time I log on to spend some of my reward points. I really appreciate how quickly the electronic gift cards are received after you select them. Pros I really like the selection of options and products offered. The platform is super easy to use. The directions included are straightforward and lessen the learning curve of using the platform. I like that we, as the employee, have more control in managing how we utilize our rewards. The selection of gift cards is very nice and super easy to use. and great value for the money. I have found no bugs or issues with the platform at all. Customer support is very prompt in answering questions. It was very easy to complete file sharing to my personal account so that I could access everything easily. I really like how quickly the transactions happen from time of selection to time the award is received - it's super fast. Cons Honestly, I really haven't found much that I don't like about the awardco platform. I think that maybe our organization could make the awardco icon appear in several places for easy access. I loved the many options to choose awards or gifts. It is the best for the money truly. Pros I really like AWARDCO it has many ways to be rewarded or to reward other employees or staff. There many options to choose from when giving or getting gifts or awards. Found it very easy to incorporate other systems or files for fast and easy delivery of awards or gifts to company employees. The help menu and finding customer service contact was very simple.l and easy to find. Cons I honestly have not come across anything I dislike or did not like about the AWARDCO system. All those shout outs are in one convenient place on the website, so I do not have to search through Team's messaging threads to see a them. My work place uses the tool to advertise their programs to employees and I love when I am having a hard day, reading my peers uplifting comments. Pros I mostly use the points to send funny memes or animated GIFs to people who are concerned that I am ignoring their messages. I find it nice that the points can be redeemed for actual items as well as a digital "high-five", which is how I thought it would work. Honestly, I was impressed with the size of the reward options available. Cons Logging in every time I open the app (even though I selected "remember me") is frustrating and has caused me to arrive late to our daily "stand-up". There seems to be an issue with the @search function as well because I have to enter nearly the entire first name of John in Accounting before the system recognizes his name. Cons When purchasing directly from Amazon, items can be a little more expense (in points) then in dollars. However, when that happens, I grab a gift card and that evens things up! I loved working with them! Pros They come across with tons of positivity and excitement making the rewards experience very uplifting and like you've done something significant to be recognized for. They handled my concerns very quickly and took the time to verify once I'd received the item that I was satisfied and really got what I wanted. Cons It would have really helped my concern if when I made my selection it was clear as to the specifics of my choice. Like I wanted to make sure the item was black but there was no way to confirm that from their confirmation of the selection. The picture was gray and I certainly didn't want that color. Neat options to choose from. Pros It offered a variety of options and things I actually wanted not just some random thing that I would probably not end up using. It sends me reminders when my rewards are about to expire so I make sure I don't lose them. Navigation is pretty straight forward on the site; I never had any issues. When I had a question about my order, I called customer service once and got the information needed the first time I called and received my package by the time I was told I would. Cons Limitation on amount of money I can use for gift cards. I believe the most I could spend was $185 I probably would have used all my reward money on digital Mastercard gift card. The site is easy to navigate and I like that there are 2 different uses of the platform - for recognizing employees and another for using points for items. Pros I like the ability to recognize employees and use different imagery/themes to do so. I have also used the Memory Milestone Book to celebrate a colleague's work anniversary and that was really simple to use as well. Additionally, I like that I can use my points to purchase Paramount swag OR Amazon. I appreciate the flexibility and the variety of options. Cons Only staff employees are included in the list of people that you can recognize within the system. With contract employees excluded, it leaves out a portion of our department's workforce. This is sometimes the only sort of acknowledgment they may ever get in a work environment. Pros It is very straightforward to use. The information you might need is easy to find (recipient emails, points available, etc) and the flow makes sense. Cons Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Easy to use and quick.
