It makes engaging with management and peers very easy. It's nice to feel valued by my company when I receive rewards for doing well at work. I enjoy hearing the stories of the people that are recognized and understanding their contributions to the companies success. This is a highly useful piece of software that I highly recommend for any company struggling with retention, worker morale, or other intangible issues effecting performance. Pros I have used Awardco as a Lead in a production environment for around 2 years. I liked the fact that I had a way to make meaningful influence on the morale of my crew by pointing out top performers. The platforms can broadcast your recognition so that top performers are highlighted across the company giving them valuable exposure that can help influence raises, promotions and increased role resposibility. Cons We use many workers from temporary staffing agencies. These people are not necessarily plugged in to the Awardco program. This makes recognition of these valuable contributors difficult. Pros This is an easy product to facilitate employee recognition. We have been very pleased with the evolution of the platform! The integration team was stellar and we had a very smooth start-up & continued customer service representation. Cons The feature to improve is the ability to "buy up" if you have something in the catalogue that you want to purchase. I've enjoyed it! Pros The features I like most are that it is real time and you can set a goal for purchase then continue adding to reach that goal/purchase. It allows for you to build upon what you already have for this reason. That makes getting a bigger reward possible. I know people who have been able to buy TV's with their points. Cons It's very easy to use, but the one downside I saw was that you were tied to the vendors, or you could wait and get your points cashed in on your check. I found that getting the visa card was a win for me so that I could use for whatever I wanted if the vendor was not on the product or giftcard list. Pros Simple to use and fun for those receiving the recognition. For some of the team members that are not tech savy is a bit harder for them when signing up. I think there should be an app instead of an email address or QRL code Pros Gift cards are issued right away. It is a great form on how to recognize. Cons When going into Amazon you cannot see the reviews. It would really help if you can see them to make sure you want to purchase the product. I was involved in scouting Awardco against other programs and since day 1 I was excited about what they had to offer; the ease of use makes it so much easier to lean into giving recognition to teammates more often. Pros Awardco has been fantastic. It is so much easier to acknowledge the work others are doing and I love the public visibility of the recognition. Many people don't realize how hard their colleagues work and it's a great way to spotlight their talent. Cons I love providing recognition, so the only downside I really have is that I can't provide colleagues with more points to share with them to celebrate their work! Review Source JB John B. It takes what they mean to the company in another way and in returns creates good morale. Pros I liked the points feature and the ability to buy great items with them. Most items you wouldn't normally think of buying become in reach because of the points and their great value they have when it comes to purchasing items Cons I like most of what I saw. From the moment I received my 15 year anniversary award packet, the process was flawless. There were so many items available that it was actually difficult to choose the thing(s) I wanted/needed most. When it came down to it, I was able to add some points necessary to make my gift even more meaningful! Awesome experience! Pros For me, the thing that was most impactful was the fact that you could easily go onto Amazon and select your own anniversary gift rather than having to choose from pre-selected items from a catalog. It's intuitive and I enjoy the benefits! Pros My company makes it very easy for me to sign into our Awardco platform and Awardco makes it very easy to recognize co-workers and spend my recognition points. Cons I really don't have any complaints about the Awardco platform. Since my employer is using Awardco for two different reward opportunities it would be nice if they could be combined but I don't believe that's up to Awardco.
