Very easy to use the website and very easy ton navigate through. I think that awarding employees for their work is a great way to keep employees focused on the company mission. Pros I like how user friendly the system is. It is very easy to award a fellow employee and nominate them, as well as very easy to search in the rewards section. It is broken out very well. Cons Honestly, I do not have any significant issues with AwardCo. The only thing that I would say I like the least is that some of the prices on AwardCo are more expensive that the price for the item if i searched it not through AwardCo. I am not sure if that is the intent or not, but it was just an observation. If the prices were the same on AwardCo vs not on AwardCo, that would be preferred. Review Source MP Meri P. Pros Ease of use, choices cover variety of cards & companies and points are available right away (no holding period). Cons I do not feel the hard card should cost $5.00, I was hard pressed to do that, however, since internet & WiFi are not always reliable, I felt that was the best choice for use. Cons There is very little I like least. I wish there was more communication from our rep on what is on the roadmap. I have not been at an agency that offers this as an option. I think the value of the points are strong and you're able to use it for many things. Pros Easy to useand look through items. And a lot of options. I like that Amazon is an option and that we can buy anything really from there. That makes it super helpful instead of giving you options of things you don't really need. Cons This was my first time using AwardCo and I was looking to get a digital gift card. But the thought of it made me nervous. Who do I contact if I didn't get receive it? I even had my daughter scrolling through the Awardco site looking for items I could buy for my grandkiddos! It was a great experience, no complaints whatsoever. Pros I loved receiving an Anniversary Award from my company, and it being so easy to spend that award through Awardco just like I was shopping on Amazon. The process was simple, maybe even easier than shopping directly on Amazon! I also like that I was able to gift unused points to charity! That was awesome!! Cons I just wish my company would allow me to purchase additional points so that I could've purchased the higher priced item I really wanted. Awardco is very easy to use and the gift options are diverse and well chosen and also present a good value. I didn't expect the rewards to be so generous. Or to use them to buy birthday and Christmas gifts so that way I am not spending my own money. We also used a Disney gift card I got with my points for our vacation recently and it was super easy to use and made me feel so good about not spending money out of my pocket, but rather money I earned. Pros It allows you to spend the money you earn for gift cards to places you want to go rather than being forced to have just one type of card if you don't shop at that place. Cons Sometimes it lags and takes a really long time to load, even from page to page like when going from choosing your card type, to amount you want to use, to checkout, to confirm purchase.
