February 13, 2026 5.0 This platform is friendly and inviting, branded with our company colors and logo, and makes it easy to share feedback about those making a positive impact. Pros The platform is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and has a variety of rewards available to redeem with points. There is a great amount of rewards you can cash in for as little as 1+ points, 5+ points, and 10+ points which is a huge improvement from our other platform. The gift card rewards I have opted for arrive instantaneously instead of having to wait for the mail to come days-weeks later. With just a few clicks I can pick the award, add it to cart, and place my order. It is easy to search and recognize members of the company. Cons So far, I do not have any cons to share. Ability to signal out one person vs multiple people for awards. Cons At times, it seemed the system would freeze. I think if I wanted to use a gift card for all of my points. I should have that options not only certain point for awards in the company store. Pros What I like the most of the awardco, is the options. We get to pick from different schools and also get gift cards from a lot of stores. Cons What I did not like about awardco, they did not have a lot of variety of things for pets from the different schools. It's very easy to navigate and the Customer Service is Great!!! Pros The Pros about Awardco was that they offer Great Customer Support and value for the money. I am excited that our company has started to use this site as I have friends and family that use these types of sites at their company's and always have positive experiences. I hope we get to use this site in the future. Pros I liked that the website is user friendly, you have so many options to choose, from gift cards to physical items to choose from. I choose a gift card that was instantly sent to my email. So easy. The best part about it is the prices are not overpriced. The same as in stores. and there was no learning curve when using their site. Cons I really enjoyed my experience using Awardco. So, I did not have a bad experience. You can really make someone's day with words of encouragement and helping them to get prizes they've been looking forward to getting makes them feel special. From customizing our programs, to easy notifications for employees and even managers, this system has allowed our employees to recognize each other, for leaders to recognize employees, and allow employees to choose how they redeem "points." Giving employees a choice in rewards is key to the success and our employees love it! Pros Awardco is such an easy way to recognize employees and our employees love to be able to redeem their points easily for so many different things. Cons The only things we would want on our wishlist is an easier way to have a recognition feed embedded in our intranet and also a way for our external clients to be able to recognize our employees easily. I found what I wanted and was able to pick it. Checkout was simple and I received an email that my pick was in and was being shipped. It was good to have a company that cares and Awardco made it easy to navigate and use their website. Pros I received an email from my company for service anniversary. Website was good for being able to pick a gift. It was easy to search and find something that I wanted. As it turned out, what I wanted was above my point value, but I was given the option to purchase additional points and get the gift I really wanted. There were no issues for me with respect to how the site worked. Cons This is probably more company related than anything, but it looked like I had the option to utilize my points for a gift card, but I was not allowed to do that. i had to pick a gift that I could purchase with points. I and my team have utilized Awardco often and we’ve been able to both submit recognition and redeem points for ourselves. Pros There is great ease of use with Awardco, making it easy to submit recognition and to redeem points for merchandise or gift cards. Things are very straightforward and it makes for a good recognition system. Cons I’d like if there were an easy option to supplement points with our own cash. Because if the thing an employee wants costs 20 points but they’ve only earned 10, it would be great to be able to pay for it partially in points and partially via a credit card. Also, it would be great if certain items could be on “sale” (ex.: maybe 10 points = $10 for an Amazon gift card, but maybe for other brands or products, 10 points would be worth $12, making it more appealing to get one product or gift card over another).
