The company giving us dollars to recognize with and seeing this take place. I love seeing when others are recognized for their outstanding work. Pros The most impactful thing about Awardco is the ability to allow peers to recognized each other, manager recognize staff. Best of all is the ability to purchase relevant gift cards with pints and the value of points is equal to dollars! Cons It would be helpful if we could write an integration for UKG payroll. Cons I wish Amazon redemptions updated shipping information quicker. Prior to Awardco being implemented there was no feedback loop for a job well done. Its one of the best things HR has implemented in this company Pros Great way to recognize peers and cross departmental/company workmates. Great for team building. Its a really nice way to say thank you to your employees and workmates. I especially like that I can get things on Amazon with the awards. Awardco provides a feedback loop for a job well done. This so many offices in our company it was a great way to integrate a reward system that had aspects to it that everyone would like.....recognition, award dollars, stickers and more. Pros The ease of use and integration into our company's system was seamless. Other employees and myself were able to jump on and start using it with minimal to no training.
