Pros This was a very user friendly software that did not require a ton of instruction to utilize, nor did it require a ton of navigating. Nice way to recognize teammates and be recognized. Also when ordering Amazon items through them, the items have arrived quickly. Pretty similar to if I had just ordered on Amazon myself. Pros I like that it helps you recognize your peers in a meaningful way. It means a lot more to be recognized in a way that actually has some value to it. It is also nice that there are multiple ways that you can spend your points. Cons I don't like that when spending points through Amazon that you cannot see the product reviews provided on Amazon. I usually look the item up on Amazon in order to see the reviews and then have to come back into Awardco to buy the item with my points. Review Source JH Janice H. Pros I love when my company uses Awardco to recognize our work anniversaries and to congratulate us on big projects/goals that we meet. There are so many eGift cards to choose from and it truly feels like a kid in a candy shop. Pros This product is relatively easy to use, was well integrated into our current systems and processes, and has a wide selection of rewards options.
