It's nice to have something else to work towards besides a paycheck. Pros Being able to track employees progress while awarding them for reaching goals is an amazing feature. Also, being able to share an employees achievements with the rest of the team is nice so that they get the recognition that they deserve. The only suggestion that I have is could you add rewards monthly to leaders so that we can award our teams gift cards etc. based on their performance? Pros Awardco was easy to use. The best part about is in the name, Award. I like rewarding my team gift cards based on their performance for the previous month. Cons I do not have a least favorite for this product. I use my points for ecards and I am amazed at the vast selection of ecards. The website is easy to use and navigate. Pros The Awardco site is easy to use, great way to reward employees, vast selection of ecards and great value (One point = $1.00). The recipient chooses how to convert their reward points. I often will use my awards for Starbucks as that is the easiest award to transfer money to and to use on the phone. Pros There are a variety of choices. It is nice to get acknowledged immediately with Awardco and that we can go back at a later time to decide what to spend the award on. Cons Some rewards were not accessible by phone.
