Pros Our Company uses Awardco to reward us for completing Wellness activities. I like Awardco as there are so many options to spend your points, great variety and ease of use. Pros Awardco allows employers to recognize their employees with rewards that the employee can customize themselves! The employer rewards with points, the employee can choose from Awardco's large catalogue of rewards which item suits them best. Points can be held and accumulated to pool into bigger rewards. Cons Nothing! What is there not to like?
