I like the vast selection of gift cards available - it has everything you could think of and more! It's just as much fun to give out reward points and comments of affirmation as it is to receive them. I highly recommend this service. Pros Awardco is a wonderful tool for encouraging employees and acknowledging their accomplishments. Not only can comments be shared for all to see expressing gratitude for a job well done, but employees can be rewarded with points redeemable for merchandise of their choosing--things they actually want! I've very much enjoyed using this system. Cons Although this system works in conjuction with Amazon, the selection of merchandise available is somewhat limited and does not reflect Amazon's full catalog. Pros convenient way to recognize the effort of your colleague and easy way to say thank you. The person getting recognized can pick the item of his choice as the points have monetary value. Cons At the moment you cannot see the history of whom you have recognized. It would be useful to know it. The other factor that i do not like is that the awardco money is taxed. Cons I wasn't able to use the printable copy of a card at any brick and mortar stores I visited. I was only able to use this at Amazon. I have never worked at a company that uses Awardco. Pros the opportunities available to use points. I love that I have many choices to choose from. the acclamations that are offered to give and receive are rewards in itself. It is a one stop shop for employees and employers to praise and reward Cons What I like least is that I can't add points to a current virtual debit card.
