Our company used this to replace a previous "years of service" recognition and also implement a service based reward system. I love it. No more choosing from a random list of things I wouldn't buy for myself, but have to choose from to "celebrate" my recent work anniversary. Awardco has put together a line of products AND gift cards that covers any and all points of interest and preferences. THANKS to my employer for choosing to work with Awardco!!! Pros As a user of the software, the interface is very intuitive. We didn't have a to go through training on how to access our employee recognition rewards. Super easy! November 14, 2022 5.0 My department uses it for employees who get 100% audits and who go above and beyond- that is when points are awarded. Anyone can use it to recognize without giving points. I use it to recognize people in a dif department when i have asked for help and they act quickly and get the job done. Pros Product is easy to use. Employees can respond to recognition. Writing a review for another employee is quick and easy. I appreciate that you can choose to share with the entire company or keep it private. The prize function is easy to use and has endless reward choices in all price ranges. I have used other reward systems before and this is by far the best! Cons As a user, it wasn't clear to me in the beginning that there was a search function for other prizes. I thought we were limited to the choices and categories shown on the screen.
