You don't have to only look at what items comeup. I am not limited to a few offerings like some awards programs, but can choose things I would normally buy on Amazon so the offerings are vast. I like the search capabilities (but as I said, the descriptions of an item may be too limited). Customer service has been very fast and responsive. Pros Our program is based on Amazon products, so almost anything you would normally look for on Amazon is available once you have the points. Cons When reviewing products to choose from, the description and information is not complete, as it would be on Amazon, and sometimes critical info (like, number of items in package, dimensions of item, etc.) is missing. Pros This is a great program for employees to be able to select what they really want or even need. If employees want to spend it on toilet paper that is completely their choice. Cons I am not able to use points awarded because of catagory it is in. I have 47 pts awarded but not available. Both items there I have already orders. It is like being given a check not signed. January 24, 2022 5.0 My interaction will be brief since I will be a participant of sending and receiving points to other colleagues when there was a positive interaction or development made. Working remotely, since the pandemic, has brought up new skills for my colleagues by working, mostly, digital now and I feel this will be an easy switch, once it becomes fully integrated. Pros My company just started to role out the service this year and so far it has been a very easy process to receive and use award points. Once it is fully roled out to my organization, I believe there will be more options for peer review. We, currently have a process in place for recognition and I feel this software will simplify the overall process. It is nice to be able to see the amount of people that get awarded using the software. It's good for company engagement. So, we can all feel like we are a part of something larger than ourselves. Pros I like the ease of use. It's an easy way to recognize employees for great work or contributions and also to keep up with your personal props recognitions. I use the feedback I receive in my props recognitions in my end-of-year review. I also like the staff that responds if I have an issue. They are very caring and knowledgeable. Cons I don't like that with some of the ecards, they are handled through a third party vendor so although ecards are typically immediate, sometimes an ecard may take days for you to receive it. The reason why I want ecards if for immediate use; otherwise, I'd redeem physical gift cards. Review Source JH Jessica H.
