I utilize this tool to send notes of appreciation to my co-workers who go above their typical job duties to make my day and our patient's day easier. I have recieved them from my co-workers and it makes me feel good to be recognized and appreciated. It is a nice bonus to earn extra money that we can apply where we need it, whether it's through gift cards or donations. Cons I haven't encountered any issues with this software. It was nice to be acknowledged by my employer and Awardco made it pretty easy to use points to get an item. Pros I used Awardco's catalog in conjunction with the Amazon website. I was able to research items on Amazon after looking up items on Awardco's site. It was a very nice benefit to receive and the large amount of things available was great. Cons I would have been nice to have a little more integration with Amazon. Also, a notice letting users know that they were not limited only to what Awardco showed initially would have been nice. It is a little boost of serotonin for me and for my coworkers, gives them something to look forward to. Cons The interface is basic, it's not a beautiful experience.
