Give also an introduction to employees in the company from other departments. Cons I have nothing to dislike about it. Pros I liked the variety of different award options--there were a lot of different awards to choose from. Cons Navigating the site was a little cumbersome. I also thought that they could have made it clearer that the gift options from Amazon weren't limited to just the gifts listed on the site.
