January 20, 2023 5.0 Benefits are the fact that you get a thumbs up from your manager or fellow co workers. It's really nice to know that you are doing a good job and they appreciate your hard work! Pros What I like most about Award Co is that you can recognize a fellow co worker easily. They also get credit for the hard work they put in. They also get to choose from nice items not some cheap off the wall item. It's well worth it for all! Cons I found that using the ecard (gift cards) can be difficult. Pros Definitely the ease of use as we have many remote employees. Also employees can choose a gift they really want, rather than the best option from a set list. Cons Nothing really.
