Pros Easy to use. When I had questions about software or a product, the chat was very helpful and answered my questions in real time. Cons When you click on an item to view and then you want to go back to the list, you are taken back to practically the beginning, and have to scroll through previously viewed products again to get back to your place. It has made it easy to encourage people to pick up shifts and motivates them to go above and beyond. Pros It is easy to use and can be used instantly. You can give them an award in the moment even if you are not there at that time. Cons The only con that I have found is that there is no back button when you are looking to use your points on amazon. Pros I found it easy to claim my award and I appreciate having all the options to choose from. Cons When I first used it, I was unable to find the egift that I wanted. I had a printed credit card like number that was not usable in a store. I was able to use it for online purchasing. Later, I was helped to locate the egift for my next award. The redemption options are great. I look forward to sending recognition to my peers and receiving the same from others, especially with points so I can save up for something fun. That is the extent of my experience, but it's been great. Pros Our recognition system is easy to use. It's simple to send and receive recognition, as well as spend points received. The shopping options are great! I use gift cards most often, which I like best, but you can also shop from Amazon - so many options there!
