I can see how people really appreciate the points and the ability to purchase anything they can think of. Positive reinforcement is always great. Pros Sending an email or telling a colleague / employee to tell them Thank You is great, but being able to do so in an application that offers points you may use to purchase something, or a way for others to see how an employee does great things can go so much further. Pros This software encourages me to use my Apple Watch and record my fitness such as steps, distance, and weight gain and loss. Cons I don't find it difficult to use but I guess what I would say is my least favorite is changing the time of day that I entered the information. November 20, 2019 5.0 Our company can now deliver service awards electronically rather than a hard copy gift card that can get lost. I would imagine there is some money saving as well. Pros There are a large variety of products available for selection. It is easy to get set up with a login so that you can start browsing the rewards. The items I selected were delivered quickly. Cons There was not enough selection of types of individual items. I.e., if you searched for a toaster there would be only one or two. There was also not enough filtering/sorting ability. Pros The Pros are that it helps out in redeeming points for items that you may need for your office or desk, and you can recognize employees, co-workers, managers with points for helping you out at times. Pros I liked being able to give recognition to a co-worker in an acceptable manner and within company guidelines. No tracking info ever though Cons I ordered a small item, was never sent tracking information, after a fair amount of time I questioned status of tracking info/arrival, I was told due to covid-19, I gave the benefit of the doubt, then, when an ethernet adapter showed up at my house, I had no idea what it was or where it was ordered from. I emailed your support and was told what I ordered was part of a 'bundle', again no tracking information was ever sent start to finish during this long transaction. I order from Amazon often, when things I ordered from them started showing up in a day, maybe 2, I again contacted support, replies were slow, never did get any tracking info or arrival notification, a firestick just showed up. Since I needed the firestick for a project, I ordered one from amazon, ordered it after 3pm on a Monday, was on my doorstep 10am the next morning. I would have to check the details on this, but I spent enough time on it, but would surmise the total time was nearly a month from when I ordered until delivery, Covid 19 was the excuse used, however that was not factual. Very displeased, the system we used at Harris prior was much more reliable in my Ten plus years as an employee, now manager.
