I have also made two separate purchases, both Amazon products. Each item arrived very quickly and the quality was great. Pros The software is easy to use with little or no training. It was introduced to our organization and we immediately began sending kudos to other employees. Our org was very generous and gave everyone 35 points as soon as Awardco was activated. I believe this encouraged everyone to open and explore the new software. Cons I really cannot think of any issues. I’ve never had any problems or questions. And I am not a computer wiz! Pros The products are sturdy, good quality easy to put together. The products I have received in a timely manner or earlier. Cons I was disappointed in a stand up lamp 3-tier that the switch went after a year the screw fell out so it is hard to turn the lamp on and now I will need to get that fixed. Whenever I have a question they are fast to get back to me to fix any problems. Pros It is easy to use this website/product. They have just about anything you could want to look for and use your points to and the very easy system to convert points into a gift card for any retail store or restaurant and others. Love that our company uses this and we also get recognition points for being in service for so long with our company through this system. Awardco has been easy to use and customer focused. Whenever I have been awarded a gift, the program is seeking the best fit for me. I've been able to change my prizes if I feel there is a better fit. When I was awarded a dinner for two, I was contacted personally by a planner who helped navigate the dinner reservation. Felt personal and allowed it to be a relaxing evening without stress. September 1, 2022 5.0 Everyone we interacted with at Awardco is highly professional, responsive and knowledgeable about their product. From the sales person to implementation specialist to the customer success manager. The implementation process is very organized. Love the fact they use Monday.com as a PM tool. Pros Easy to use, very customizable, and very accessible to visually impaired users. Cons The user file uploads hasn't been great but this is not mainly due to Awardco but our own HRIS. Pros It is very easy to navigate the system to view points and merchandise. Cons Would like to see a search feature and be able to search awards based on point values thereby eliminating the awards that you do not need to see based on the points you have. Using it to pay for my plane tickets for my vacation this spring. Pros in the past companies would give cash rewards that were included in your paycheck. You had to track to make sure an award you got was actually paid.. Using this the awards are right there and you know your getting them because you are spending them. I like to award peers based on many factors. I like the program as it allows peer to peer recognition which I feel shows support amongst groups and inspires comradery. Pros Streamline and user friendly. This program allows me to go in and make my entry without too much lost time searching and trying to figure things out. Cons None that I can think of at this point.
