It's also a great avenue for random gifts throughout the year (i.e. birthday, Christmas, etc) Cons Third party reward support is a little challenging. For example, if you need to make a return to Amazon you need to submit a ticket that gets manually processed. Pros I am not familiar with what is meant by the software, I only know that my employer uses it to reward employees for various reasons. I love using it to find what I'd like for my chosen reward by spending "points". November 3, 2022 5.0 Pros This is a very simple, quick way to recognize co-workers' good deeds, work ethic, etc. It also provides a way to tangible incentive to keep working hard and providing desirable results by allowing recipients to redeem their points for real gifts! There's a long selection of options - I love that it ties to most products on Amazon so you can pick whatever you want! Cons I wish I could reward my co-workers more points per recognition! I give out points to peers when they go above and beyond on projects. I love being able to give recognition with more than just nice words behind it. Pros Everyone I work with gets so excited about getting Awardco points. The options to spend them are perfect. An Amazon or Visa gift card can buy you anything.
