Cons The search function on Amazon is really poor. Whenever I change a little wording I get completely different results. Pros The product is very user friendly and provides a giant selection of items to choose from. Getting the right products for the end user provides extra value and appreciation in a recognition program. Cons The only minor challenge is not providing the user with suggestions.
