Pros This process was a lot better than the old one when it came to anniversary gift selection. More options under the new way vs very limited for my last anniversary. Cons Would like for the activity/company that missed a couple of items (not Awardco but the activity/company that the items were selected from) would have honored the original selections even though they "lost" the order for those items. Some items that I like however required high points, but I don't know to earn them. Pros I like that Awardco has many items to choose from that everyday consumers use. I was very satisfied with my gift cards Cons The con is that most people are unaware of the program or how to earn points to use for it. Pros The selection of awards and categories to choose from and the convenience of having everything in one place and categorized was helpful. Shipping was quick and the items selected arrived packaged well and undamaged. Cons The inability to select multiple categories to spend my points was disappointing. The limitations of spending my points within multiple categories was not made clear and it took some time and research to figure out why certain categories of gifts showed 0 points and others were showing my remaining points balance. Thanks Pros I liked using Awardco the most for its ease of use, abundant options & fast delivery. The quality of the products were good. This was a very fun and easy way to pick a great prize. I enjoyed that there was so many different items for all. Cons When trying to pick an award to “buy” I could not see any images! They kept me in the loop if something went wrong. I am very pleased with the products. I was able to get a lot of merchandise for the amount of points. Pros I was pleased with the products coming in so fast when ordered. Whenever ordered an item that would take a while to come in I was well informed. Cons I had ordered an item during Christmas and didn't receive it. When I inquired about the order I was told it was canceled. I went back to order it and it had jumped 200 extra points. I thought navigating the website was intuitive. Filtering for items based on my total points made it nice to eliminate items that I was not available to purchase. Because of the large selection of items to choose from it was nice to be able to save them to a wish list and revisit as I narrow down to the item/items I wanted. And it lets you decide who gets recognized. Pros I love that I can recognize people that I think should be recognized. A lot of people don't get the recognition they deserve. This platform resolves that problem. It allows everyone to feel more valued. Cons That it doesn't always have the products that I am look at on amazon. But even that isn't too big of a deal since you can get a digital amazon gift card if needed.
