Pros: - It's easy to use week-to-week and serves are our "meeting space"

- The use of "repeatable questions" has allowed my team to evolve from conventional performance management solutions to an ongoing discussion of each associates performance

- The visuals in the Dashboards allow me to display to the rest of the organization how my team is trending and continues to get the chatter going with other teams who don't (yet) use 15Five

- The OKR feature allows us to coach our team on ensuring that they are trending well towards both their professional and personal goals

Cons: - I still struggle with the Question Queue, but have developed my own work-around to deal with that

- I wish that associates were not allowed to see other responses before submitting their own each week. There are some on my team that seem to look at other responses before submitting their own

- Associates should not be able to submit their responses before a pre-set date. My team is supposed to submit on Monday mornings. We are trying to drive a culture of reflection on Monday's before starting the week, but often they submit early (like on the weekend) - which has caused issues of them submitting before new questions rolled in.

Overall: I signed my team up for 15Five some time ago, hoping that this software would somehow tell me the questions I needed to ask to help them grow. When we first started our journey, the suggested questions quickly ran out, though! This was actually a great thing, as I could see the potential value, but now I needed to develop my own questions. This has been a MASSIVE recognition - software can't tell me what to ask my team, but it sure can help me create a culture with my own questions! We use 15Five to manage a nationally-disbursed Field Team of 27 associates, and routinely have extremely high satisfaction within the team. Just last week, I sent out a survey to the team to rate their managers on 8 key indicators (including 15Five interactions) - the result was a 97% favorable rating across all 8 KPIs. There's a lot that goes into that high rating, but 15Five is the glue that holds us together!

Recommendations to other buyers: My biggest piece of advice is simple - realize that this is a GREAT tool to help you manage performance, but how well it works is down to how focused you are as a manager at growing your team. 15Five is not a magic elixir that will solve your team's woes. I estimate that I spend about 20-25% of my week actively engaged in 15Five, from conceiving new questions based on responses I see to actively responding to the team's answers. Using 15Five to modify your team culture is an intentional activity that is well worth the time - but you have to be willing to spend the time to do it!

Pros: Super easy to use - no 'training' necessary (even though it is available). Get's the team to think every week about what's important, how they can be intentional with their time, what they want to achieve and how to bring ideas to the table. The performance management software takes conversations to where they should be - improving the working life of employees. It's development focussed and doesn't take long to do. The new homepage allows each team member to use the product daily to stay on top of what's important. We use the rating out of 5 each week as a key company metric to get a sense of how our team are feeling about work.

Cons: We recently engaged a points based recognition program which I fear will replace the high5's. I'm wondering if this could be integrated somehow as the high5's were a real motivator for the team. From what I can tell, there is no analysis tool at the end of a review period to analyse the 'manager only' data so see what ratings were provided across the board. It would be great to use a talent rating in the system too which showed where our high performers were.

Overall: We monitor and manage our whole team using the software. Major objectives to weekly check in. It is our #1 people tool.

Pros: Everything. It has improved our open door policy by giving us another outlet for effective feedback. Also, the 15Five team is always looking towards improvements; inspiring to see that.

Cons: It took longer for me to learn how to use it effectively. That was my own personal struggle. When presented with this service, I just wanted to hurry up, fill it out and get through it. I now know how to manage my time, fill it out a little bit here and there so I am not rushing to finish it at the end of the week. Maybe a stronger emphasis on filling it out little by little thru the week so the client isn't doing what I was doing at first and rushing to finish it with out providing efficient responses to the questions.

Overall: One of my first questions in my 15Five, which I still see on occasion is a three part question. What are you proud of this week? What are you stressed about? What can we do to relieve these stresses? I always have something I'm proud of. For me, the challenges come from what am I stressed about. I introduced my newest management to a typical day for me, and she felt there were many times I should be stressed. She helped me to find those portions of my day, and take on some of the extra responsibilities so I was working at the same level of efficiency throughout the whole day. To be specific, she took on some of my start of shift responsibilities, as I am limited to how long I have to prepare. Also, she took on some of my preparation for on boarding the new hires I receive. And lastly, she rescheduled some of my pickups that were always coming at the same time at my end of shift when I was trying to multi task and finish our data input. I was working through all these challenges and not even realizing that I didn't have to until I had 15Five to effectively communicate where I could use an extra hand.

Recommendations to other buyers: Fill it out little by little thru out the work week. Filling it out at the end of the work week means you may be rushing, and excluding beneficial information in your responses.

Pros: I have been using 15Five for years, with multiple companies. Then when I met the CEO and crew at an event and spoke with one of the product leaders for their future performance review feature they wanted to roll out, it seems they ended up using EVERYTHING I described to them in detail of how I thought the NEW version of performance reviews should be like when they launched "Your Best Self"! (Very flattered and stoked) We've already trained the team and coined it as Jelli's YBS. I was using BambooHR's perf review and switched immediately. Also their High Fives have a great tracking source I find very valuable.

Cons: CS is always a tricky subject. Even though they have a great chat feature, the person I was speaking to was helpful and listen to the challenge with my BambooHR and 15Five integration, I believe she resolved the issue, but I never heard a follow up or closing ticket confirmation

Comments: I absoluately love the concept of 15five. In my head it sounds great - you update your manager, takes 15 minutes of your time, your manager can comment and you can always be synced! It definitely provides another channel of communication with your manager which is very useful. My manager and I would use it guide our 1:1 meetings by creating a list of topics we want to discuss which was good.

I think the interface and user experience is great for the tool!

The problem i found with 15five were the following:

- It usually took way more than 15 minutes for me to complete my review! The questions we set up were open ended so in order to add detail and value to it I really had to take time to think about what i wanted to write and say.

-the questions are repetitive. Which they do offer you to change your questions - but it seems like a lot of work to do on a weekly basis.

-questions should be rotated

-Questions should be more quantitative for example rate 1-10 how are you are feeling etc...

- I don't know how much value our managers actually got out of 15five. It worked for some teams/groups and it didn't for others.

Their customer service is excellent and we even met with their team 1-2 times a year to discuss how we can make our usage better. Overall it was a good tool that we used, but I think overtime we just grew out of it.

I totally hear where you are coming from on the "time suck". We've come have some new features to help address these issues:

-First let's look at deactivating repetitive questions. That will cut down on the time it takes to fill out your 15Five. Click the little pencil icon next to the duplicate question and click "deactivate". A simple change that will go a long way for everyone!
-We have a Question Queue that will help you save time managing questions. It's an auto rotation of questions so they are kept fresh from week to week without the manual labor.
-We have metrics for quantitative questions! Results are pulled into dashboards so you can get a quick glance on any topic you want to measure.

Pros: I like that 15Five is focused on frequent, easy, meaningful check ins between manager and team members rather than annual performance reviews. The weekly check ins on near term work develop a rhythm of weekly talking about what is going on now, the work's relation to the larger goals and initiatives and it provides opportunity to spin off thornier topics into one on one conversations. The weekly questions provide opportunity to go into topics of career development, culture, and other future focused areas. The High Fives are a great way to bring in peer to peer recognition. Everyone loves getting a High Five!

Cons: I would like to be able to have more freedom in creating reports. The reporting that is currently available is helpful but I sometimes have needs to create more custom reports than are currently possible. Also, I would like to be able to have control over which High Fives show on the public feed (sometimes High Fives mention sensitive employee situations that you wouldn't want to include on the public feed).

Overall: It is the most meaningful performance management software I have ever used. It promotes weekly thought about "the next action" you need to take on your projects, it ensures that manager and team member are connecting regularly, it is easy to use and doesn't require an overwhelming amount of work to complete or review a report, and it naturally fits into other management best practices (e.g. one on one meetings, coaching, feedback, etc.).

Pros: The structure of 15Five allows the leader flexibility in how they would like their team to utilize the app. The leader can be very deliberate and direct the participants or can establish a framework and allow the team members to participate at their own level. The weekly questions are a great tool for getting a pulse on what is happening in a local team or with an individual, but it takes some coaching for some people to get comfortable with the questioning approach.

My team has been challenged to embrace the tool as a social platform as this was not a natural behavior in our organization. It has taken some time, but many members of the team now provide High5's and other acknowledgement to team members that in the past would have gone unnoticed.

Cons: I am not a big fan of the "out of the box" dashboards and flash reports. They provide usage data versus business impacting data. It requires a commitment from the leader or administrator to get the information that they need to run their business from the standard reporting. More templates would be helpful especially after your team has been using the product so there is worthwhile information that can be mined from the application.

Overall: Helps me keep in touch with remote team members. Provides a snapshot of the various activities that the team is participating. Provides a direct feedback loop between leaders and their team members.

Pros: I love the actionable items to track 1:1's so that my team and I reference the same listing and that it carries forward to the next meeting. I don't have to keep track of a spreadsheet or paper with notes. It is all there for me.

Cons: The OKR's can be clunky when wanting to see all the different inputs into a departmental or company goal. It would be helpful to see the direct links in a better way that is more easily digested.

Overall: Organizational tool to keep my team moving towards their goals and ensuring we are offering a culture that matches our values.

Cons: I'd like to see analytics and suggestions from it. More company surveys and numbers offered--quizzes or other interactive components that would allow our team to have deeper insight into our employees challenges, happiness or frustrations.

Overall: Our team uses 15Five to communicate ideas, wins, and identify issues. Especially as our offices expand and our team grows, it's been wonderful to have a tool that holds accountable and provides some continuity across the board. We've also been using it as reinforcement for training so that our new members can reiterate important information. Our account and sales teams are able to share big wins and improvements and our team supports have tools to gain insight they might otherwise miss. Our company participates in profit sharing and the "High 5" feature allows me to see who I've consistently been praising and for what reason--allowing me a more educated recommendation.

Recommendations to other buyers: Be strategic in your questions! Use this as a means to create another layer of introspection and self-reflection or reflection on work and tasks. Have your team leaders use it as a means of transparent communication and continue conversations outside 15Five.

Pros: The ability to alternate the questions from week to week, or create a rotating bank of questions, means you can not only touch base with your team weekly, but you can also measure progress on a monthly basis. This means you can see the day to day, as well as the big picture trends. I also like the "High Five" and tagging integrations which make 15Five feel less like reporting to a boss, and more like a social sharing experience.

Cons: Each submission can only have one reviewer. So if multiple managers need to access and comment on a 15Five, one has to be ranked above the other- it's hierarchal.

Pros: This software was introduced by the human resources department of my company, demonstrating excellent benefits that I will mention below:

- A more direct relationship between the workers and the heads of the company where I work.

-A permanent feedback system where different characteristics such as the morale of the work team are evaluated, expectations, successes and failures, making direct reports to the bosses in order to attack problems and strengthen solutions that strengthen the spirit and productivity of the employee.

-Information in real time of the different problems that are generated in my workplace. This ensures that supervisors and managers have a clearer job and managerial outlook.

Cons: This software came to strengthen the feedback between various levels of command of the company, has sensitized and brought to reality the problems of the company, creating an excellent working environment, therefore I have no claim whatsoever about this software

Overall: 15FIVE, is an excellent solution for any company that wants better levels of feedback with its employees. A good manager is one who cares about the welfare of their workers, the challenges, the projected goals and the performance and productivity, and this software is a very efficient alternative for these purposes

Pros: I have been using 15 Five for several years now and my team loves it. They enjoy getting feedback and they really enjoy updating their otherwise clueless bosses on the great things they are accomplishing! : )

Cons: There is just so much power in the tool that we have not found the time to explore and implement everything yet. I would love a way to see what my employee is going to see before I finalize their report. That way I see the questions I created for them with the Suggestion Box, the company wide questions, etc. and know exactly what they will see as I am designing changes.

An easy-to-use tool that makes it simple to do what every manager should be doing already.

Pros: Ease of use for the person filling out the report- it's simple and helpful for them, as well as the manager. That makes it quality content, and not just white noise or another thing to check off the list.

Cons: Sometimes challenging to rearrange questions for different groups/individuals. They have a system in place, but I don't personally believe it's the most user-friendly. It can be confusing and unintuitive at times.

Pros: The company I work for just started using 15five about a week ago and I already feel like my individual voice has grown in value. My supervisor now has a record of my thoughts, goals, challenges, and aspirations on a weekly basis rather than taking notes from a 1-on-1 meeting.

While I do work with Trello for task management, 15five also provides easier at-a-glance information for both myself and supervisor to see and understand the work I do each week. Sometimes the work I do does not have immediate value or impact, but that does not make it valueless or impactless. Having it documented for my supervisor to see also helps me feel more relaxed about whether or not I am accomplishing "enough" each week.

Cons: One of the things I've noticed as I used it this week is that its more of a "pick up and use once for the week" type of software; at least on the side of the reviewee. The reviewer, I imagine, would spend more time reviewer their direct's reviews than the reviewee's spend time creating their reviews. This is not problematic per se, but it does decrease the products effective "stickiness." Said another way, I really would only spend about 10-15 minutes a week using the product to receive the highest benefit from it possible. Any time after that reaps zero extra benefit as all value has already been had. In some ways, this could be seen as a PRO as I imagine that managers would rather employees spend more time working than writing reviews.

I use this platform at least once a week and I must say it's a great way to keep people connected.

Pros: The ability for management to take a temperature check of how the team is doing and or feeling is really valuable. (I do not know what the cost of this software is however) It also helps people high five each other when ever they want to give their friends/co-workers a simple & quick compliment which is really good for building comradery.

Cons: I think that if it is a mandatory tool to use every day it can become more of a annoying tool rather than a helpful one. Once or twice a week will suffice.

Overall: Connection with people that you would typically not be able to communicate with being that there is no department cross over or something of this nature. A simple way to stay connected to your management as well, while also helping to survey the company constantly so management can find problems in training or managers that are making employees quit.

Overall: Most of the prevailing performance appraisal methods are designed for the earlier way of working, non existing jobs, and most importantly not for the Millennials. So what else we can do? This is a question many forward looking companies must be asking and the answer is 15 Five.

When somebody is not performing, we need not wait for a quarter or a half year or a year to find that the employee is not performing and to arrive at a conclusion that he/she require improvement. Real time feedback is what we require to improve the performance of any employee. 15 Five is really helpful to solve this problem and recommend for any organisation with a will to keep their people happy, productive, stay relevant in their business.

Pros: Ease of use, clear communication with team, great support from 15five, and even the blog posts have given us really useful insights!

Cons: It requires real commitment, you must prioritise and make time for the team particularly if you have a ton of direct reports.

Pros: Ability to list my tasks and goals for the new week ahead of time ; while also reserving the choice to add tasks as I finish them.This option is very important for effectively tracking task and completing goals .

It has an intuitive user interface and I am allowed to freely customize how I receive my notifications.

Cons: There were weeks where I successfully completed my tasks and had no complaints , yet I was unable to submit my form until I had to report an issue or complaint ,which was non-existent ; just to enable me submit the form.

Pros: It has also opened-up a great channel for our managers to learn and get insightful information from the needs and concerns of our collaborators.

We love its easiness to use and some slick features, like Hi fives, Objectives and Reviews!

It has become a tool for people to recognize each other's efforts and achievements in the day-to-day life.

We finish each one of our All-Hands going through every high five each member gave to their colleagues; it has made a great difference and now everyone is really looking forward to the Monday meetings, just to read and get their cheers!

Cons: In our specific case, we are based out of Mexico. A few of our employees don't speak English and therefore, it is more challenging for them to get the best out of the tool, especially the instructions they get from the system alerts, which are not editable.

One other thing we've struggled with is that the Hi Fives feed is not showing ALL the messages, and therefore, we sometimes don't have the complete information in our All-Hands to share.

Another thing that sucks is that me, as the Company Leader, cannot assign a reviewer for my reports. I'd love to get feedback from my partner, whose report's reviewer is me (I am her manager for this matter).

Although counterintuitive in the theory, I'd be great that it was possible to set her as my reviewer as well.

Pros: I like that it really helps you think about what your week to week really does look like, what you've done, what you want to do, and what has been holding you back. This is great for months down the line when you want to look back at your past accomplishments.

It also really helps keep others in your company connected with what is going on when they might not be involved in your day to day. This way everyone can be better informed about decisions and allocation of time and energy.

Cons: So far I've not really found many cons as it does what it does. I think the hardest part is really making sure to get in the habit and our company really had to come together to say "We're going to do this every week, without fail."

Once everyone is onboard, it really shows.

Overall: It is a weekly diary that I use for both myself and my manager so that we both know what I've done and what I want to do. Sometimes it is hard to remember what accomplishments you've had down the road, and this way it is all on paper.

Pros: It's intuitive, heading in the right direction on how 1:1, feedback and performance reviews should happen. They are continuing to build on the product and releasing new features regularly. I didn't find many products like 15Five.

Cons: There are still some bugs however their customer support team is absolutely outstanding. Some of the workflows can be a bit confusing (1:1 under 'my teams') however it sounds like these are being figured out. No Android app functionality at this time.

Pros: The high five-ing system, definitely! It is really rewarding, especially once the entire company is on board and and sending out public high fives appreciating and acknowledging people for their hard work!

Cons: Hard to pinpoint anything, I probably don't use the full set of features (am not an administrator). Maybe it's lacking some more statistics around top highfiver, most appreciated. Would like to see some new features there, e.g. "most appreciated this month". The reason being that our product and engineering team got a head start on using 15Five (before the rest of the company caught on), and so we're always at the top.

Overall: Capterra or 15Five? Sorry, this isn't so clear!

Capterra looks like a reasonable survey system, however please know that the star system is not usable on both iOS mobile or tablet (was using an iPhone 5S and iPad Air).

Pros: I've been able to express topics that I may not have been able to put into words as well as keep track of my progress somewhere where my manager can see it, so I am not doing double the effort somewhere else.

We really like how you can send someone a summary of a conversation for them to see then it can be edited or replied to in case there are any discrepancies.

Cons: The ONLY thing that would make it easier would be if action items in our con1s would automatically be added or give you the option to add to the next 15Five in the same way that your goals can be pushed to the next week.

Pros: I like how simple and easy it is to use and how great it has been for our team dynamics. It has greatly improved our one on one meetings. We can articulate our thoughts with our supervisors and subordinates without the pressure of them being in the room. Pros: It's really just so intuitive and easy to use. I really love being able to look back in history to check out particular 1:1 topics and look at my own trends and consider feedback. Plus, who doesn't love high fives?!

I am CONSTANTLY recommending 15five to friends and family. I really can't speak highly enough about the product or the people behind it.

Cons: I've really enjoyed it overall. Most of my observations have been more feature-requests than cons. Perhaps the biggest con is that (at least with the configuration my company has), employees that aren't managers don't have a lot of visibility into metrics. Having a way to see, for example, what some common themes are for a given week in response to a particular question would be really nifty. Being able to take that information and convert it into a goal/challenge/accomplishment etc. would be even niftier. But I have no doubt that features along those lines will happen :)

Comments: Everyone communicates differently; some more verbally, while others have a tendency to write more than they speak. When using this in combination with your regular team touch points, you can preload important questions for the week, gauge morale and frustrations, plus get a sense of where employees find the most reward.

The responsiveness of the 15five team in dealing with issues, feedback, or simply a question, is quite high, and always friendly.

The web interface is quite fast, smooth and simple to use.

Cons: The 1:1 feature is built to be controlled by the manager. However, we work in a company that values manager:employee relationships being very open and transparent. Therefore, it'd be great if both the manager and employee had the same level of access to add/edit the 1:1 feature (for instance, only Manager's can add Action Items).

Status reporting sounds easy and almost trivial, but having jerry-built a system using Google forms in a previous job, I know there are quite a few challenges. 15Five provides a comprehensive system and manages to make status reporting fun. Also they are quite responsive and are always on the lookout for new feature suggestions so they can improve their system.

Pros: Provides cross communication between departments and projects, I like that they have incorporated social media-like attributes (i.e. tagging people, liking comments). This tool allows you to customize the questions you want to ask.

Cons: I haven't found anything that I dislike about this tool as of yet, it is simple, clear and it does what we need it to do.

Overall: improved leadership within the departments keeps track of employee progress, This tool helps our company to better motivate our employees so they can be more focused on their work.

Comments: I used 15five for a couple of years, here are my thoughts:

PROS

- Very easy to get acquainted to/ use

- Great UI

- Would get you thinking prior to your 1:1

- Facilitated great conversations with managers when completed

CONS

- Took a lot longer than 15 minutes to write and 5 minutes to review, which sometimes discouraged me or my manager to complete

Overall I think it could be very valuable for companies especially if a lot of employees/ managers are remote, but we didn't really have that and our folks usually sat across/ next to each other so they were already talking to their managers on a regular basis.

Another best practice is to leave a 15Five tab open on your browser and fill it in throughout the week. That way your 15Five is practically done by the time it's due.

Pros: Ease of use, the different questions asked weekly keeps me on my toes. Interface is top notch and I like the mix of rating how I'm feeling quantifiably as well as with words.

Cons: Not much, although I would like the default option to be not to receive email notifications, but I'm sure I can turn that off myself and I'm just being lazy.

This has been the best tool to keep my superiors up to date and to give honest feedback.

Cons: The vacation settings are a little confusing. I wish I could just set the dates I'm gone and it automatically figure out which weekends get blocked out, instead of selecting by week.

Pros: The slack integration. High Fives given are posted to a Slack channel for the whole team to see.

Cons: For me, it can put distance between team leads and team members. Instead of talking face to face, you are sending them a report on how you feel, and what you hope to achieve. I think it is a very inhuman touch to management, but I understand that it is useful for team leaders that tend to be very busy, and don't always have bandwidth to have these types of conversations during work time.

Overall: For Team leads, managers, and executives who are usually very busy people 15Five is a good tool for gaining employee insight. For employees and team members, it is a good way to spread praise to your fellow co-workers.

Pros: It allows me to quickly and easily give support and feedback as an administrator, and receive as a user. It keeps the lines of communication open with on-going accountability.

Cons: I was introduced to the software as part of a business acceleration program I belong to. I love the ability to report in and get immediate feedback once a week from my business coach. So I decided to try using this with my own clients. So, I am using this in a non-traditional manner; not for my employees but with personal coaching clients. I've found it a bit difficult initially to adjust the questions and format to be appropriate in this setting. And there was lots of confusion how to keep the "membership" of the business group separate from my private clients, and me signing in on one side as a user, and then the other as an administrator. It took a lot of time getting it straightened out with customer service. But now it is running smoothly.

Overall: On-going, easy to give and receive feedback, support, and accountability.

I love this feedback tool because it's a great way to update your leaders, quickly and easily!

Pros: I love the ability to capture the essence of what's going on in my world, for my manager and director through a simple, convenient and intuitive process. There are so many awesome features (private comments, ability to put in holiday/mode, email reminders to complete, etc...). I have recommended this tool to other areas in my organization.

Overall: It makes it really easy to communicate what's going on in my work world with my manager in a quick and painless way. Pros: Very customizable and great for boosting morale. The high fives (getting to encourage and receive encouragement from my team) are, of course, my favorite. It's great for my team because many of us work offsite, so it allows for a weekly safety net of communicating any random information that might otherwise be forgotten throughout the busy work week.

Recommendations to other buyers: I have my notifications set up for reminders the day before and the day of the due date, and that's just perfect.

Comments: We are big fans here at Vend of 15Five.

We use the software internally primarily for facilitating great conversations between managers and their direct reports. We have high engagement with the product across the company in all of our offices and all of our departments, with some of our executives even going as far as sharing their love for 15Five on Twitter. We also use the 'high fives' feature as peer to peer recognition, and the uptake of this across the company is also impressive. We are starting to experiment with other areas of the product now too (the OKR feature mainly) and everything is looking positive so far.

The real stand out for 15Five is their amazing customer service - they always respond quickly with helpful responses, and everyone I've spoken to in the company is extremely lovely and personable.

We've been working with 15Five for about two years now and have only had great experiences. Two thumbs up for the product, the team there and their continuous innovation!

Pros: Every week it automatically sends each team a reminder to submit their 15 minute update, which is dead easy to use. The built-in questions are great, but yuo can submit your own. Everytime I thought of something new I'd like, I discovered they'd already implemented a solution in the software flagging comments for later follow-up, commenting back to the team member inline, passing a comment up to my superiors for them to see, etc.

Cons: Pretty much just the pricing structure for a startup. I'm sure the pricing is fair (similar to Slack), but it is tough to swallow at this point with our company. I am looking forward to being able to afford the software as a company, because we've seen awesome results using it.

Overall: I got deeper insights into where my team members' heads were at, what challenges and success they were having and what I could do to help. Additionally, I got this on a weekly basis. 15Five made me feel more connected to the team and their work than ever before.

Cons: The tool isn't as useful as I was hoping in regards to keeping documentation on what your superior feels about your responses. Pros: I have worked for other companies that require I submit a weekly report to my supervisor and this is by far the quickest and easiest. I like that I am notified when my supervisor has reviewed them. It saves time by not having to have a physical meeting each week. I like that I get reminder emails when they are due.

The recent release of objectives and key results was a perfectly timed surprised that got us all rallied behind 15Five yet again. Great platform!

Pros: I like seeing what is going on each week with my team. I also like giving and getting high fives from teammates.

Cons: Sometimes the questions it asks each week aren't very relevant. I'm not sure if that has to do with how my company has it set up or if it is the software.

Overall: I like 15 5 as an accountability software. It is a good way to keep up with what everyone is doing and make sure that people are being productive each week. It is easy to use which encourages teammates to do it. It only takes about 10 minutes to fill out, making it a quick and easy reporting tool for everyone.

Pros: The ease of use for a week to week tool. Really enjoy the simple setup. This tool has made a great impact. I feel this is a great tool for all companies to embark on.

Cons: Sometimes it is slow and will freeze. This is not often, but it does happen time to time. The lack of customizing the interface. We would like to be able to change the color to a color of choice.

I use this for my employees. It has been a great tool for interaction and building our relationships

Pros: It can be done in a short amount of time. It gives me the ability to listen to my employees on topics they may not feel comfortable opening up about in person.

Cons: I have some trouble navigating how to change the individual questions for my employees. I usually just use the ones automatically entered in, but I think it would be helpful to know how to change those.

I like the tool. It is a quick way to share and receive information in a short format.

Pros: I like the spirit behind the tool. Assisting teams in being honest and open about how things are going, so that leadership can engage and address issues more effectively.

Cons: The reporting does not allow the level of control necessary to run detailed reports. I would like to see a way to adjust the exact dates that you are running the report or asking a question. The question set up is also difficult to use.

Overall: open feedback from team members

I find the software very user friendly, appropriate and relevant.

Pros: I like the way it makes you think about what you do in an ordinary working week, sometimes we lose sight of what can be achieved in a very short period of time. It gives you a voice and it makes you prioritise your objectives.

Cons: my least favourite item on the software is the question about 1 thing to improve role, team performance. I think this is unnecessary because all this can be addressed in the objectives and challenges section. I write n/a each week.

Overall: A weekly contact with my line manager, it is almost like a mini 121

I believe this was a very user-friendly program. I actually enjoyed using it. Loved the High5's!

Pros: I liked how everyone could see the High5's that I sent out. I liked how it kept track of us completing them on time. I only missed two, and it gave my score. I found it to be a useful tool to let my directors, etc know how I was feeling towards a variety of things in our Amazing Company, Trilogy!

Overall: It's good to be able to express how you feel within your company. And the fact that they care how we feel is extremely nice and important.

Sometimes giving the High5's, I would forget to put that @ sign and it actually took me a couple of times to get comfortable with it. Once I got used to it, it was good then.

Game-changing tool for HR leaders and Exec teams hoping for greater visibility across the org.

Pros: Super easy to implement// OKR integration with weekly reports //High Fives // its ended up being a wonderful weekly prioritization and planning tool for employees that embrace it.

Cons: Hard to get my entire company to embrace. Its hit or miss. Some employees think filling out the weekly report is too time consuming and not helpful to their performance.

Pros: Helps employees and managers convey what they need from each other on a weekly basis. Great platform to communicate your issues. Helps track progress in your career. Option to shoutout fellow team members creates a great sense of accomplishment.

Cons: User interface is not laid out to access all the necessary features in an easy way.
