It's been a helpful platform for my firm. Pros I like the consistency of the main questions and sliding scale options for "how are you feeling this week?" It allows me to track how I'm feeling at work each week in a visual way. Cons I wish there were more prompts or followup questions. Some of the questions are very broad and it's sometimes difficult to think of points to add. If the employee fails to cover a certain item or there's something new to introduce, it would be great to be able to capture it in 15five (as a way to keep record of communication). It's a great way to hear how my employees are doing and communicate my successes and challenges to my manager. For such a simple function of feedback, it packs a ton of well-designed features. For example, I love that I can pass things up from my employees to my manager, which is a great way for employees to see their comments be heard by those higher up in the organization. Pros The easy manner in which my Manager and I could communicate eliminating the need for a sit down meeting/conference. Cons What I liked lease was when I wanted to give a 'high five' I couldn't mind many of the people I wanted to give an high and had to use a family member to link the high five to. Doable, but a bit challenging. The set-up was quick and customization for our company went off without a hitch. Aside from the software being awesome and user friendly, the support we get from the Emplify team has been spectacular. Cons The only problem we have is their "rule of 5" and frankly that really isn't a problem. The rule is there to protect the anonymity of the respondents. I understand your point about having several tools that you use. It can feel overwhelming sometimes! That's why, at its core, 15Five is meant to only take 15 minutes of an employee's time for each check-in, and 5 minutes of a manager's time to review it. Of course, other things like setting up a 1:1 and Objectives can take additional time, but our goal is to increase efficiency with these features. I hope that's what you're experiencing! I'm currently a sole proprietor but will absolutely use this once I have a team of employees. Pros It seemed like an amazing tool from an employer's standpoint. I used this as an employee, my employer at the time used it, and it seemed to make managing the team a lot easier and more efficient. Cons The only thing I can say in this regard is that I haven't seen the software as an administrator; only as a user.
