This gives us the ability to keep track of what we are doing and get feedback quickly. Pros 1\. I love the simplicity of the program and the flexibility of the sections. 2. It is an excellent and quick way to keep track of what you are doing and keep your priorities in front of you. 3. It also gives me a chance to hear feedback from my supervisor as to what they believe about my choices for priorities and feedback on what I am doing. 4. I love the encouragement piece even if it is only used occasionally. Cons 1\. I wish the sections were labeled differently to better explain what they could be used for. 2. Like anything it takes time... Not a lot of con's! I like it!! Its easy to use, the interface is clean and the aesthetic is nice. I love that it constantly saves drafts, this has saved me a few times. Cons I think there should be an option on when to start the tracking for "on time" and "percent completed" sections. Pros I like how there are different questions and topics for review every week, as well as the weekly goals feature so you can keep up with your personal goals for the week. Cons I don't like that there is minimal reminders to complete the 15five. I would definitely use it again! Pros 15Five easily provides a way for managers and employees to interact about their goals and track them throughout the process. Also, it seems like if you want to enter your talking points for 1to1 that is not possible for the other person to see unless you close it but then you are not able to go back and edit that. Or in 15Five my supervisor is not able to put her own notes (unless its commenting on my original text) in order to prepare the talking points for 1to1. Used the software for: ### "15five as a product" October 11, 2016 3.0 I used 15five for a couple of years, here are my thoughts: PROS - Very easy to get acquainted to/ use - Great UI - Would get you thinking prior to your 1:1 - Facilitated great conversations with managers when completed CONS - Took a lot longer than 15 minutes to write and 5 minutes to review, which sometimes discouraged me or my manager to complete Overall I think it could be very valuable for companies especially if a lot of employees/ managers are remote, but we didn't really have that and our folks usually sat across/ next to each other so they were already talking to their managers on a regular basis. Regarding your CON on how long it takes to fill out - I hear you loud and clear! To avoid the time suck, we advise asking 5 questions or less.
