Also the partner reviews improved a lot. Pros I liked filling the form daily for my weekly 15 five. Also giving (and receiving) HiFives from my partners. I think this software centralizes the communication flow for a medium-large team. Also has a super good looking and feeling experiencie. Fortunately for me, there are people in my company who basically know 15five inside and out so I haven't had to do any "figuring out" but it seems pretty intuitive. Pros I love how it helps track the progress of projects with objectives, sub objectives and e-mail reminders throughout the week to keep me on track. Cons some of the page navigation in a little frustrating when viewing 15fives for other departments and coworkers. I keep getting kicked back into the overall view when I'm just trying to hit the back button to get to the individual group I was viewing. Review Source Rueben S. We have created a number of regular tasks which assist with this process and 15five has been one of them. It is quick and easy to use and creates a regular weekly report for you, your manager and your reports. Takes 15 minutes a week and helps to identify issues going on within the team so things don't go unaddressed. It's bee a great tool for us. Pros Easy to use, quick, great conversation opener. Pros I have liked the hifives you can give to other departments within the company and not only to your direct reports. I also love the email reminders you receive when there is something posted or that needs your review. It is very helpful to get a reminder via email when your direct reports have completed a review. Makes you reach them quicker and attend their needs. Cons That not every action on the platform sends a email reminder. Pros An amazing tool to add and monitor teams' performance. 1-1's, self-evaluations, OKRs, etc. All of these things can be tracked using this tool - it helps a lot when you are managing a team and need info available to take decisions. Also, the ability to recognize colleagues by sending a "high 5" for a job well done is extremely helpful. Cons I can't think of anything specific I dislike, but perhaps an option to add to group feedback - for example surrounding a specific project or issue within the organization. Because my director views all employees 15Five's, I feel heard and like I have a voice. Pros I love the ability to capture the essence of what's going on in my world, for my manager and director through a simple, convenient and intuitive process. There are so many awesome features (private comments, ability to put in holiday/mode, email reminders to complete, etc...). I have recommended this tool to other areas in my organization. We've got a pretty good company score with 90% participation so the tool has been nice to drill down to the department level. Pros I like the layout (drilldown by department) and the new Action Plan (identify and create action plan to address competencies with lower scores) features. I love that the survey is available to employees via text messaging. Cons I would like to see more automated features that drive you to the software - like alerts with suggestions, reminders, etc. Reason for choosing 15Five The tool served our needs and the staff have been very helpful. The entire company bought in very quickly with the simplicity of implementation and the power behind the processes it supported. We really needed a better way to give internal feedback and receive feedback from our team members and this solved it beautifully. The recent release of objectives and key results was a perfectly timed surprised that got us all rallied behind 15Five yet again. Great platform! We use the software internally primarily for facilitating great conversations between managers and their direct reports. We have high engagement with the product across the company in all of our offices and all of our departments, with some of our executives even going as far as sharing their love for 15Five on Twitter. We also use the 'high fives' feature as peer to peer recognition, and the uptake of this across the company is also impressive. We are starting to experiment with other areas of the product now too (the OKR feature mainly) and everything is looking positive so far. The real stand out for 15Five is their amazing customer service - they always respond quickly with helpful responses, and everyone I've spoken to in the company is extremely lovely and personable. It’s a great way to check up on employees informally. Cons Their support team wasn’t the best. It took them awhile to help with my issue. The platform is no replacement for a great one on one! Before that, we reported weekly progress by text e-mail, which was somehow boring tasks. Additionally, managers are also sharing their goals with us. That's great to synchronize the goal with our organization. Cons I have no idea about this. Because I haven't used all the function so far. But I am satisfied with what I used.
