April 28, 2020 5.0 Pros 15Five is a great platform for internal communication and employee feedback. We use it for weekly reports, annual reviews and also to track our objectives' progress. I also like the High Five board. It's a nice and fun way to compliment your colleagues for their accomplishments. Cons At first it took me a little while to get used to the platform, but now I find it very user friendly. Pros The High Fives make it easy to provide co-workers with feedback and thank them for things they do. I find that it builds morale and everyone is excited when they use it. It's always nice to see what other people are doing in other departments to service each other also. Cons Sometimes there are too many questions that ask the same thing. This just makes it feel like you are answering the same thing over again. It would be nice if you just asked it once. I find that it's hard to come up with a second answer to the same question. I would recommend to other companies as this software can easily improve overall overview of team status. Pros Easy of use and number of options that team can use to represent their achievements and their goals. On other hand, team leaders can easily have global overview of their team members, goals and achievement. This tool is adaptable for small and also big teams which is great. Cons In general i'm satisfied with most of the functionalities of this software, for now I didn't find any major drawback or something that would be worth to mention. All the options that 15five is offering are straight forward and easy to understand, because I didn't find any big issues to report in this section. June 11, 2017 5.0 I got deeper insights into where my team members' heads were at, what challenges and success they were having and what I could do to help. Additionally, I got this on a weekly basis. 15Five made me feel more connected to the team and their work than ever before. Pros Every week it automatically sends each team a reminder to submit their 15 minute update, which is dead easy to use. The built-in questions are great, but yuo can submit your own. Everytime I thought of something new I'd like, I discovered they'd already implemented a solution in the software flagging comments for later follow-up, commenting back to the team member inline, passing a comment up to my superiors for them to see, etc. Cons Pretty much just the pricing structure for a startup. I'm sure the pricing is fair (similar to Slack), but it is tough to swallow at this point with our company. I am looking forward to being able to afford the software as a company, because we've seen awesome results using it. Review Source CW Chesnee W. We can make meetings to get things done and finished more timely. Pros Going from a company with 6 employees 22 years ago to over 60 today in several offices we can communicate. We can vent to our boss about things that we need to do that we might not would come right out and say. We get great feedback from our bosses. We get great feedback from how others think we are doing and helping them or not helping them. Cons I have not ran across anything thus far that is a problem or that I do not like. Cons Sometimes the questions are a bit repetitive and if they aren't really relevant this week, it can feel like a wasted effort, especially if the questions are set as required answers. I like the platform Pros It allows me to establish goals for the week in quick and organized fashion. It also assists in getting me back into "work mode" on Monday morning (or Sunday night). But I have been able to communicate my needs and concerns in a professional manner. Pros What I like most about this software is the fact that it is gives one flexible to decide who to share what with. It links me directly to my supervisor and gives me a forum to also share my thought with my CEO and VP. I also like that I can recognize others (High fives)for their thoughts and Ideas and performance. Cons I have not fully used this entire program so I am not sure about what I like least. Cons I tend to find that the questions are very performance driven, rather than general feedback driven.
