I feel 15Five really helps connect our organization. Cons I love putting my goals in the software, but I feel like I need to log into the program to be reminded/view my goals. Questions that require a meaningful answer. It's not a quick yes or no answer based system Cons Depending on the supervisor or manager there could be too many questions to be answered. Loved the High5's!" January 12, 2018 5.0 It's good to be able to express how you feel within your company. And the fact that they care how we feel is extremely nice and important. Sometimes giving the High5's, I would forget to put that @ sign and it actually took me a couple of times to get comfortable with it. Once I got used to it, it was good then. Pros I liked how everyone could see the High5's that I sent out. I liked how it kept track of us completing them on time. I only missed two, and it gave my score. I found it to be a useful tool to let my directors, etc know how I was feeling towards a variety of things in our Amazing Company, Trilogy! Review Source VM Vini M. It helps my manager keep tabs on how I'm feeling and takes this into consideration during our 1:1 sessions Cons It's impossible to find a way to opt-out of the weekly emails from 15Five. Pros It's very practical, and you can copy concurrent tasks to following week very easily. Cons That if by any chance you skipped a week, projects are copied automatically to the following week and I haven't found a way to delete the projects copied automatically that doesn't really apply to that week. October 30, 2019 2.0 I used 15Five for a short period of time to help a client with their employee management along with a few contractors. Our use of it did not last that long, as other solutions were much better. Pros 15Five has a nice feel to it and isn't too overwhelming. Compared to other solutions, most users should feel at home with it if they just use their phones normally. Cons 15Five acts like an enterprise app, but they really don't seem ready for primetime. Every tier requires a consultation which greatly increases setup time. They're lacking in features that even free apps like Zoho have. Cons I personally find the software very clunky. It's not user friendly, and I find it difficult to mark objectives as done.
