The engagement scores are a great insight into how the team is doing overall. OKR and goal setting are easier than ever. Cons SSO is only available starting in the $8/month pricing plan which is harder for companies with smaller budgets. There are also two $8 plans (perform and focus) which oddly bifurcates the product features. Pros It keeps me on schedule to make sure that I am regularly examining my own performance and the performance of others on my team. Comments can be made publicly or privately. It's a great way to reach out for help, too, when there is something that is causing me difficulty. Cons It is sometime difficult to navigate the "Reviews" section. It's not obvious how to see manager's and peer reviews. Pros It's easy to use and allows a grading system to show how employees feel about the company. This shows who is unhappy. Cons I don't like the limitation to only allow 5 stars. It's sometimes hard to figure out how you really feel with the limitation. With COVID-19 going on, probably one of the online tools that will have more and more demand. Pros I love the fact that I can carry over a goal (achieved or not) from the previous week to the following week. This feature saves me a ton of time not having rewrite my goals. I also love that I can give Shout outs virtually to members of my team that I work with on a regular basis. Everyone loves recognition. I love receiving them and so I also give them from time to time because if my colleagues are like me, they want to be recognized for their good work as well. Cons I wish that it has the ability to prioritize goals through color. That way I can see that the more pressing priority or goal in Red, 2nd tier are in yellow, etc. This would help me focus better. My employers found this about a year ago and we have been using it weekly with no problem. I love getting the notification that i received a high five. Pros I like that it gives me clear and concise questions to answer weekly to keep me on task and interact with coworkers. Cons It is not very apple friendly. Using the app does not allow your screen to orient or move. So if you are trying to do your 15/5 while on an iPad and Bluetoothed to a keyboard you have to stand on your head! Pros I enjoy the 15Five program. I am able to send feedback to my team lead about each week (my personal goals as well as team goals) . I am also able to explain my concerns and possible improvements for the company. I feel like it's a platform that my voice can be heard and having every week to submit my thoughts is HUGE. Pros In a busy work environment, time with your Supervisors may be limited. This platform allows both the Manager & Employee to effectively engage with each other regardless of time/location availability. The tools/functionality is very straightforward and customizable by the organization. It has been effective for us in communicating wins/losses, challenges and requests for help. It's been a great tool for us so far and am very pleased with 15five. Cons Not much, I think it would be great if there were integration into other platforms like Trello or other task management systems, where the 'Goals for the Week' could be auto-populated into other task management systems, allowing Users to directly merge their weekly commitments into their Project/Task Management services.
