My overall experience has been interesting. This software isn't the easiest to use but it does work well for employee management.

Pros

It helps me track my performance at work. It also helps keep track of team collaboration efforts. I like the profile feature to see how well i have been doing.

Cons

I dislike how long it takes to learn how to properly use the software. It takes a while to understand the features within.

While I eventually arrive at the data I'm looking for, the platform is extremely difficult to navigate. It has numerous areas that have to be configured and connected in order to work correctly.

Pros

Ability to drill into data that provides insights into the employee experience at our company through a variety of filters.

Cons

Extremely difficult to navigate and configure the org hierarchy and the dashboard data. Qualtrics doesn't provide full service customer support but instead refers to a third party consulting firm to assist.

Easy to set up surveys and collect responses. System is pretty intuitive, doesn't require a lot of training to use effectively.

Cons

Sometimes when collecting data from surveys, the order of multiple choice response will change, creating confusion when viewing multiple side by side.

It is really great, and I would definitely recommend it.

Pros

I liked that it was easy to navigate, looked great, and was appropriately powerful (i.e., did not crash on me several times).

Cons

There was nothing that I disliked. It took a bit to fill out everything, but that was simply because there was a lot to be put in.
