Pros

It is easy to use for the purposes of internal employee satisfaction. Simple surveys can be set up easily with little experience.

Cons

The simpler the design logic the better. More complicated survey design logic can cause unintended consequences.

Pros

As an HR Leader, we use Qualtrics to pulse check our employees often. I like the ease of creating and using surveys through this platform. Customizing is simple and user experience is solid.

Cons

I don't like the difficulty with adding additional editors to a survey (unsure if this is because we don't pay extra for this or if it's just not possible). Additionally, I do not like how the responses for qualitative data are reviewed post-survey.

Qualtrics is a good tool overall! I will still keep using as it helps me in my reports and summaries.

Pros

I like this because at work I am in charge of reporting the survey results and reports for the school.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard for me to recap the summary and when I copy and recreate a survey form, I find it hard to copy and edit.

Pros

Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use. I do like the variety of different formats for displaying data- however, it would be really great if you could add a fully customizable table option. Sometimes I want to display data in a certain way but there is not a preset table that will allow me to do so.

Cons

My one really big gripe is that it is really tough to format reports- I would recommend adding guidelines so text boxes and shapes can snap to a grid and everything will be easier to align. Similar to adobe illustrator. I have to manually go through the report and adjust each object and eyeball to see whether or not everything is properly aligned- it's a real pain. I would think adding guidelines in the report section would be relatively easy from a programming standpoint as well. Also, not sure whether or not this is really your fault, but we have been having a lot of issues with evaluators receiving the automated messages that get sent to them. They might just be getting sent to the spam folder in their email, not sure how this would necessarily be fixable in the future.

I would say that it's good but not great. I can do what I need to do, but wish I knew more about what it can do for me.

Pros

The ability to produce and delivery surveys to specific audiences.

Cons

The use interface is not very user friendly and some of the changes that have happened over the past couple of years came without warning, leaving me to try to figure out the user interface and how to use the tool all over again with no support.

Pros

Qualtrics has awesome survey software. It was easy to learn, and effective to implement. There is so much you can do with it, but it doesn't sacrifice the user experience

Cons

Qualtrics has SO MUCH to offer and I feel like I Just don't understand it all. Qualtrics has great resources, but I would like if those resources were more available within the tool.

Easy survey design and costumer service

Pros

The customer service is by far the best I've seen. I like that I can call the customer service reps on the weekend.

Cons

It's on the expensive side, therefore nonprofits may use its competitors (like surveymonkey) because of price. There should be ways to make it more affordable.

I always get a quick reply to questions whether they be simple, complex or related to services offered in addition to the survey software. Friendly staff engages in polite conversation after the service issue is solved. I like being able to get to know the staff on a personal level. It helps me to trust that I can call them whenever the need arises. Staff always makes a follow-up the date for all information I need to send them. This helps keep me on task and shows their concern for my projects.

A dynamic, mobile friendly, questionnaire design, allowing to add deep-dive questions when necessary, and allowing to minimize survey-duration and complexity for participants where possible. This helps to increase response rates.

Pros

Easy to learn, easy to design and modify, even with complex questionnaires. I like best the dynamic design that adapt to participants answers. E.g.g the piping (or routing) of participants selections to follow-up questions, etc.

We are gaining validation of our business decisions (HR decisions) by gauging the pulse of the workforce. This is has direct monetary implications (details cannot be shared on an open forum though)

Pros

The presentation. The impact and the clout it has a pioneer in experience management sells and has the capability to influence decisions at senior leadership level. The representation is in itself an experience managed solution (exactly what qualtrics stands for) that provides insights for action.

Cons

The depth of data. The insights are useful and the vastness of data is also great. However, the statistical depth needs more working on. This might be project based but more research on the depth to which questions poke the survey audience for information has to add another layer. This should be done while keeping the survey feel and experience as good as it is now. Its challenging, but that's what your expect from a top quadrant service provider.

I was totally unaware of Qualtrics at the begining but the videos posted on website and the customer support helped me getting engaged with Qualtrics and I was able to learn to use this platform in a week. Thanks for the support the support team is great and they never get troubled sometimes I used to call for some silly doubts but the team helped me learning and understanding the tool at an ease. Qualtrics 360 has some very cool features of building your own reports and has made my work very easy. I would like to conclude saying "Every firm institute should use Qualtrics for their data analysis".

Pros

Surveys I send need to be compiled with certain pieces of data. The tool option is great and very easy to change the look of reports.

Cons

It can be glitchy at times and find that I need to refresh the account. Closing surveys manually can say pending for a long period of time.

This is an intense option and I found it really overwhelming. I see how the product could garner excellent results and high response rates, but I found it clunky and bloated. For surveys, the simpler the better, and this was far too vast to prove any efficiency for our organization.

I love the ease of use, I was able to create my 1st survey within minutes of logging in the 1st time without training and only the aid of a video from youtube.

The skip logic feature could be a bit more advance. and also the ability for users to work on more than one 1 survey at a time.
