Pros: I love the ability to filter your view by calendar or type of content. Every single person from every team lists everything they have planned and we can all see an overview of all of our current offers and how they are being promoted on which channels.

Cons: The onboarding costs don't seem necessary. Using it is intuitive and easy, so I didn't really feel like we needed the onboarding, let alone so many hours of it at our disposal.

Overall: An overview of everything that is being promoted, with the option to filter only what you need or click in to see more information on each individual thing.

Pros: I like the search and filter of content by so many variables. I also like the drag and drop scheduling and the collaboration features.

Cons: I wish the import to WordPress didn't add extra code. Would use the editor feature much more regularly if it had seamless cut and paste.

Overall: Structure and process you can't get from Excel. Collaboration features and reminders. SEO and campaign features. Great price.

Comments: From a search of many providers we chose DivvyHQ because of its value and ability to quickly function as a replacement for our previous editorial calendar. It has great capability throughout the workflow process, and having used it on a limited basis our team has started taking more advantage of its collaborative features. Can definitely recommend.

Comments: Our team has really enjoyed using Divvy to share ideas and move projects forward. I have contacted customer support before, though, with a request for better functionality, but that has not yet been resolved.

Pros: easy to use, many ways to customize, dashboard home screen gives great high-level perspective, ability to create workflows and organize campaign assets

Cons: No measurement, Tagging system must be created by scratch, to-do lists/alerts not at the forefront as much as they should be - easy to miss

Overall: Used for content team to eliminate excessive emails and to-do lists, makes version control easy, hold team members accountable with time stamps

Recommendations to other buyers: email/push alerts for workflow status changes, more highly visible to-do list or reminders
