They're worth $40 each. Furthermore, the ability to restrict usage wasn't important because everyone has a personal phone and the phones I give the employees are way worse than their personal phones. No one is using my phones for anything other than work. Pros Ability to send lots of different commands to phones remotely. Cons Unnecessarily overbearing technology. At times, I felt like I wasn't in control of my own property. Abysmal user interface is cumbersome and outdated. I had to call customer service for everything. It's been a pleasure to work closely with Codeproof over the years. Cons The interface is a bit dated, but that's not a huge deal. My biggest complaint is that Codeproof—like many progressive web applications—does not have unique URLs for records. If I want to hand off a device to a fellow tech or share a record for any reason, there is no record-specific URL to share. What little experience I have has been marginal. Customizing settings for a device occasionally changes the group settings as well. Pros Codeproof enables managing the Google Play app store. Cons Samsung Knox no longer works with Codeproof which removes much of it's best functionality. Pros What I like most about Codeproof is that it allows us to keep track of devices that we have in our organization. For example, we get to track our tablet devices in the system and monitor which ones have been loaned to our senior clients. I also like that it tracks the location of tablet in case it goes missing and we need to retrieve it. Cons What I like least about this software is that it is taking some time for us to have the command buttons work. For example, if we select for tablet to be re-set through the command buttons, it doesn't seem to be working at this time. And the CodeProof team has always been there to assist us when we need them. Pros I believe that the CodeProof team is great to work with - we met them through a reference of T-Mobile and have been enjoying their service ever since. Their system is very easy to understand and it acts fairly quickly. Cons I believe that the interface and the search function can be improved on. Sometimes when searching for a tablet via the IMEI - it returns a box saying "undefined" - but then you can always use a simply CTRL+F workaround to find the device you are looking for within the Tracker tab.
