Despite the industry's high level of competition, Web Benefits Design has done an outstanding job

Pros

Workplace is really well-organized and upscale. There's a lot to do, yet it's quiet and calm. Coworkers were usually friendly and patient, and I was always welcomed with a grin.

Cons

I don't have any drawbacks to mention but I find that is a great place if you are looking for a first job and need to gain experience

The leadership and staff at WBD are professional, accessible and innovative. They truly deliver on what they promise!

Pros

WBD provides a solid product with their benefit website and enrollment tool. They are continually improving their platform and their process and they take seriously feedback from customers and brokers.

Cons

The monthly website fee that is charged alongside the pepm fee for benadmin.

Pros

Ease of use. My clients find the system user-friendly, their employees like it, it's a great solution for them. The implementation team is fantastic and there is support available following start-up if needed. WBD is very flexible in meeting the specific needs of our clients.

Cons

I don't have any cons to report. The pricing is on par with other options we have considered, but not the lowest cost in the area for a similar solution.
