Pros: I like that it's a web based platform, makes it really easy to access it from anywhere. It's very easy to train new employees on the system. The other great feature is the call tracking integration with software make it really easy to track leads.

Cons: The biggest con is the lack of reporting and the inaccuracies in the numbers. Because it is web based sometimes it does run slow especially when pulling large reports.

Pros: The user interface is well designed and intuitive for anyone who has ever used a smartphone. It is easy for site managers to learn and grasp quickly. Reports can be downloaded in various formats for analysis and data manipulation. Customer service is generally friendly and responsive. The management team continually works to improve the product.

Cons: storEDGE reporting lacks logic from an operational perspective. Their team does not have industry experience and this shows in their product. For example, occupancy reports order units by door width rather than by square footage which makes pricing difficult. Their suggested workaround is to export to Excel then sort which produces a report that is no longer user friendly.

Their word processing function is difficult to use and requires the use of third party software to format which itself is challenging and produces poor results.

Lastly, as the software is web based, storEDGE is plagued by snail like speeds and links timing out.

Very easy to use, has boosted our business.

Pros: The friendliness of the software is so nice. It is so easy to use and very easy to train. Our tenants love the ease of use for them to use the online rental center.

Cons: There is not much I don't like about the software. They are constantly fixing any glitches that it might have and are responsive when we need help.

Overall: SO many. Our monthly rentals have increased, our profits have increased and our tenants are happier with our overall service because of the help of the software.

StorEDGE is an awesome company! If I ever have an issue, the support safe is wonderful!

Pros: StorEDGE makes our life a lot easier since units can be rented and payments can be made online, and this is also a nice convenience for our tenants. We are also very happy with the support staff. Everyone at StorEDGE is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons: In the beginning of using the software, it was a little confusing, however, that's true whenever you learn something new. The support staff was wonderful and helped whenever I had any questions.

Overall: This software is convenient for both our business and our tenants.

Pros: I can access both our facilities with the same log-in. The software is user friendly. The fees are very reasonable.

Cons: It doesn't have some of the reports that our previous self storage software had. I wish it would have had compatibility with the credit/debit card processing software.

Overall: The ease of conversion from one self storage software to another has been seamless.

Pros: I like the ease of use. I think that the creators of StorEdge truly know how to create a management platform and they customize their platform and reports to the needs of different customers which I think is really impressive because every owner and operator is focusing on different things at the end of the day and have different priorities.

Cons: While I think that StorEdge has their technology and evolution to keep up with industry standards down pat, I do think they have a long way to go in terms of aligning better with the goals of the industry. They need more storage-centric people who have been in the industry for years and know how the field works in order to become the best.

Overall: Daily tracking measurements, ease of access

I am pleasantly surprised with how simple it is to use.

Pros: This is a new software for our company that we recently started using and I'm surprised how easy the switch was.

Cons: Trying to merge two of our storage facilities wasn't entirely simple and we lost some of the data in the switch.

Pros: Easy to use. Has all the reports I need. I use it once a month to pull monthly reports for the managers.

Cons: Haven't used it long enough to discover this. As noted above, I only use it once a month. But soon other facilities in our portfolio will be switching to StorEdge so I'll get more experience.

Overall: Ease of use. Simplicity.

Pros: I do like the professional look this product has, as well as some features that are not available on other programs

Cons: This software is hard to navigate. There is also no way to reverse something you have done in the program, so making mistakes are impossible to correct.

Cons: I would like functions to be made available from the dashboard. Lots of useful information there however must switch screens to actually get to the information details.

Pros: What i like the most is that you can see everything you do, down to the time you do it. you can right notes and reports are easy to pull up.

Cons: what i like least is sometime the system goes down and our CC on file don't get charged so me have to manually do them but when the system comes back i will double charge some of them again.

Overall: you can pull up past customers that no longer store with us but are back to store again.

Easy to use and very fast costumer service.

Pros: More that one way to input information. Not like other software that you have to follow specific steps to do a specific task.

Cons: The least thing to like about this software is that there is no account information on the receipts that you send to costumers.

Overall: Super easy to use.

Pros: I like that I can log in anywhere from any computer. Being web based is a great asset. I have been out of town and can still rent a locker over the phone and with an i-pad. Technical support is always very helpful and patient with my lack of computer knowledge.

Cons: I still have clients that are not easily able to set up a login and pay online. Our security deposits don't show up on the lease. Now that I have been using the software for a few months, it would be nice to have a web seminar to show me details that I might be missing.

Makes all my task smooth and fast.

Pros: The Software is easy to use and very fast making each task less time consuming. All alerts for errors are simple and to the point.

Cons: If a move out is done by mistake, there is no way to reverse it and you have to have the customer come back and redo all the paperwork.

Pros: The ability to reach customer service and have them fix any issues we have had in minutes is huge for us

Cons: not being able to link it to quick books, however the reports can be transferred it just takes an extra step

85% of the software works great! The other 15% is little items that should be in place but are not.

Pros: The dashboard - Makes it easy to look at metrics that matter, like move ins-outs, past due %, etc.

I love the actual layout. It makes it easy to navigate and is not cumbersome like other softwares I demoed. Main categories to the right and specific tabs are always in front of you.

Reports - There a good number of practical reports that you can run to look how the facility is doing.

Cons: Just little things that just aren't there or haven't made it to development yet. For instance, if I click on the easy, accessible button to see a tenant's current statement it does not give me an option to email it to the tenant after the pdf is generated.

I would also like the tenant notes and the unit notes to be more blatant to the user of which one you are using. It makes sense after a while, but I always have to remind my employees that both of them exist.

Overall: Minimum training time for employees and excellent help when they need it as well as myself. This is our first storage facility and other than a few minor things that are to be expected with any software, it has made keeping track of the facility go very smoothly.

Also, the confirmed delivery and read status of email is great!

storEDGE helps me run my property efficiently.

Pros: Ease of use is exceptional. Extremely management friendly software. I like that I can use the software on my iPad while on property.

Cons: I have had a handful off issues with the software "freezing" during a move in and then have to start over.

Pros: Ability to text tenants, see if they receive and open our emails. I like the promo features and that they are constantly trying to improve and evolve.

Cons: I wish I could email tenants directly from the software. I also don't like the " trickle down " bugs associated with cloud based software in general.

Overall: Enhanced communication with tenants is a huge bonus! It also sends automatic text reminders to tenants which frees up lots of time!

Pros: It has a lot of potential in the making, I love the way the software looks, it isn't too complicated, but the training video make up for the help guide on storEdge, which most Storage associated sites don't provide effectively.

Cons: I just realized that from transiting from Sitelink to StorEdge, i wish they could provide a Pro-Rate Calculator for convenience use for potential customers. Also, I wish for the TASK that storage facility could conduct a specific TASK for ex: When they wish Walkthroughs to be completed per week and frequency.

Overall: I love how the Auction is set up, and the Task software and how it helps with management at the storage facility. The organized reports and accounts and units. It seems user Friendly, but with potential in getting certain needed obligations completed to keep the storage requirements on a straight path and organized.

Pros: putting your software on a tablet and being able to be out on the floor ,instead of being locked in my office,were i can helping my tent face to face.

Cons: needs multi language translator built in for texting and emailing... and even the contract and liens.

Pros: Ease of use. How easy it is to train an employee on it. How much money it is making us by the reminders, rental center, and the website.

Cons: There isn't much I dont like about it. The slow loading map can be annoying. And not being able to mark a unit as "clean".

Overall: The rentals and the overall income generated by this software since we have used it has been great.

Pros: The software is easy to use, and has a lot of great features. The ability to text the customers straight from our software makes its so easy. I also love all of the different reports that I have access to with the click of a button. Like any new software, it has its quirks and hiccups. The difference though is that this company has their customer support system nailed to a tee!

I think StorEdge is a pretty good company and better then then outdated software from the 90's.

Pros: Customer Support is great. They will usually get back with you very quickly. The overall layout of the software is pretty good, and the first page summarizes a lot of the activity for quick viewing. Move-in and move-out process is pretty straight forward. Automated texts and emails are also very handy. It's easy for a manager to view what the employees have done throughout the day, week, month, year with a few simple reports. Financial summary details for owner and manager are easy to access. The integration of the webpage with the software is wonderful.

Cons: I feel like StorEdge doesn't want to make improvements in certain areas of the software as requested or in a timely fashion. Close of day is an odd report that doesn't cut off and makes it more difficult for the manager to turn in paperwork to the accountant. I wish you could send out a text or email to all customers at any time without it having to be linked to billing etc. (Would like be able to notify all customers of changes at our facility - weather or construction etc.) The TASK List bar needs some work. Reminders for "increase letters" and "lien fee letters" DO NOT populate on the correct day of the month. They pop up a day or two after they should. StorEdge needs to make a calendar type system that allows reminders/tasks to pop-up when you need it, not pop up everyday until the task is completed. Example: I want to have task pop up for the customers who need a yearly billing around Dec 28th for the next year for business purposes. That can't happen with the current system.
Overall StorEdge is decent product but with certain "tweaks" it could be a great product. I'm just not sure why StorEdge/RedNova is hesitant to make the changes we have been requesting for 2+ years.

I have had storEDGE for 3 Months and its still not operating as it should.

Pros: Going from a non web base software (SiteLink Stand Alone) to storEDGE was a huge improvement for this facility; I am able to communicate with customers through email, especially receipts and invoices. I also no longer have to run auto-pays manually which is nice.

Cons: Company Forms do not match, there is no way to set in auto dates for delinquent customers on letters, the prorating is off for move-outs, scheduling move outs does not show prorate $$ amount owed, facility map does not show name/size when dragging mouse over it, walk thru report is unable to add notes, no vacant spaces report which shows day last rented, and modifying units is difficult.

Pros: Very detailed everything at your fingertips and very self explanatory. Help is always there when you need it

Cons: there is really not anything i don't like. All of the modules are very helpful and easy to use. Storage is great

Pros: The Customer Support and being able to call in to help get through unique items.

Pros: I like that there are several different ways to reach what I am looking for. This makes it very easy to navigate. What may work for me may not work for someone else so having options is very convenient.

Cons: I don¿t like that there is not way to prorate a persons rent if they are moving it early. We offer a prorated amount if they let us know by a certain day that they are moving out. We have to manually calculate the amount which prolongs the time the tenant is on the office which can lead to frustration.

I find it easy to use and manually input data.

Pros: I like that it is so user friendly and that it automatically does a lot of the work, calculations,updates, etc. I also like that it prompts before most actions which prevents mistakes.

Cons: The tasks in the task bar are often not removed for a while once you check them off. I can't think of anything else.

Overall: It makes the day to day operations easy and keeps track of everything that deals with storage.

Pros: That it is easy to go from customer to customer. I can have multiple facility pages open at one time.

Cons: The system runs very slow at times and will even shut down in the middle of the day. It tends to happen right in the middle of payment processing.

Work with this software on a daily basis. Very user friendly.

Pros: The fact that it is web based is very nice. The ease of taking payments is also helpful. The reports are easy to get to and have the relevant information.

Cons: Would like to see if the "Delinquent" status could be automatically removed when a payment is made. Would also like to see the documents uploaded to an account listed with the tenants information.

Overall: The notifications to tenants is much easier to control and verify, payments are easier to make as well.

Pros: it is user-friendly and not hard to learn, there some nice features. I only use it for 2 months so I dont have much to say about it.

Cons: VERY SLOW!!! keep crashing when there are too many people using it. If its the beginning of the month when people coming in to pay the site keeps crashing.

My experience with StorEdge has for the most part been an easy and pleasurable experience with ease.

Pros: What I like most about this software... For me being new to computers and softwares it wasn't too difficult for me to learn how to use

Cons: The only thing I like least about this software is when I was having difficulties moving people in to the unit but it has been fixed and works well.

Overall: I'm not certain of the full benefits from this software honestly because I'm just an employee and I'm a fairly new employee to my company. It was already set up before I started working here. But from my own personal experience with working with it I benefit from the ease of using it. It walks you through step by step in the move in process and is easily understandable on what I'm looking at and the steps it takes to move in my customers. Plus when I had only one issue it took StorEdge no time at all to get on top of it and fix it for me and now it works smooth with no complaints

Pros: Dashboard is great. The web-based feature makes it easy to access from anywhere. Our collections have improved which I think is attributed to the reminder texts storEdge is sending out on our behalf.

Cons: Some of the reporting isn't as thorough as our previous provider, but we're getting through it. Some adjustments / credits are harder to make than with our previous provider.

Pros: It is simple and easy to use and easy to navigate, the dashboard is great to I like being able to see everything i need in the same place !!

Cons: If a tenant has multiple units. promos and discounts have to be paid for individually it takes too long

Cons: I would like to stay logged in longer but I am kicked out if I'm idle to long. Other than that I have no complaints.

Pros: Easy to figure out and use. There are different avenues to accomplish the same task making it more intuitive for staff to use.

Pros: I really cant say what i like about this software cause i am still trying to get a consistency on useing it it seems to be ok but like i said still learning it i am just used to webself storage but i am getting better as the days go by

Cons: This software seems to create more work for you than webself storage i am glad your now able to add units to existing contracts thats a plus and walk around reports dont give you any room for notes and how you have to go in and remove overlock just to keep it from showing delinquent its just a bit of a hassel over all

Overall: I like the financial reports being able to do a deposit slip and it seems to be detailed

StorEdge is really user friendly we noticed a difference in just our 1st month with them.

Pros: Everything is included in the software the only interfacing was the gates. It works well with PTI and Storlogix. We saw an increase in income and ease of use within the first month of using StorEdge. And the conversion was easy with their great customer service.

Cons: Recorded phone calls cannot be deleted. Customers are giving their credit card info over the phone, I fear that can be hacked.

Makes my job easier and faster on a daily basis.

Pros: I things that I like most about the software is that it is User Friendly, the reports are easy to read at a glance.

Cons: Once a note is written and saved you can not delete the note or edit the note. Also, on the Filtered Units by Group for the available units, I feel that there is to much information that is not needed when you are printing it for size/price list.

Overall: Makes my job so much easier than the software that we used prior to purchasing StorEdge's software.

Overall it's nice.

Pros: Email tracking, UI, caller Id integration¿, website integration, easy to learn and train on, fee schedule creation

Cons: Unresponsiveness. It can take 2 minutes to load a page. Support hours are atrocious, glitchy, feedback provided is brushed off.

Pros: One of the great features of storEDGE Management Software is the ability to create task lists and notes that can be shared across all users. This ability has made our facility more efficient and boosts communication between our staff members.

Cons: If I could say anything about what I personally like the least, it would have to be the fact that we can not click on a tenant's icon picture, to open a close-up of their image. Instead, we have to go through Documents which can take some time to load.

Pros: In comparison to the management software that I have had experience with, the StorEDGE program offers a wide variety of functions making the daily operations less complicated. The program is easy to manage remotely making the training of new employees a smoother process.

Cons: Their are some aspects of the program that seem to be set up specifically for large, high volume sites, which doesn't allow for smaller companies to utilize the program as it is meant to be used. A little more versatility within the program in certain aspects such as billing and financial reporting would be great.

Overall: Daily office functions and management of sites is much easier with the utilization of this software. I love that it allows for remote monitoring and support!

It is ok. But does not offer needed basic reports.

Pros: Combines tenants with multiple units. The software program is way over what is needed for a storage facility, therefore it is very time consuming.

Cons: The way it figures amounts due and balances. It also tends to complicate simple tasks. Freezes or shuts down at times. Creates distorted reports that can't be fixed.

I have been using the software for just under a year and I have seen many improvements!

Pros: Ease of being able to enter payments, the ability to pull various reports. The availability to have more than 1 facility easily accessible. That it is web-based, so it can be accessed when away from my desk.

Cons: I would love for the software to integrated with QuickBooks! I know it is not an accounting software, but some things don't seem to "finalize" until after the end of the month. I would love to be able to see daily how much we have in prepaids.

Pros: Main, most used features on the left sidebar and the right sidebar makes it easy to keep track of the important tasks and communications. And tech support has been great - fast and efficient!

Cons: Access to the db for creating local tenant lists would be nice. Also, I'd like the ability to create customized letters, reports, etc., without having to contact support.

Pros: Like the tab options; it makes it easy to find and run reports such as inventory, etc. Also like when you are taking payments that it makes sure that you entered the correct amount; it will not let you proceed if the amounts do not match.

Cons: No parent account. Have to look up customer's name on every facility if you do not know where their unit is at since we manage 10 facilities off of one software system.

Overall: Does not have as many programming issues as the past software that we used

Pros: Most of it's easy to use, nice to be able to use it as mobile. Nice Dashboard to see what's going on when you log in to use it.

Cons: Kind of complicated for more advanced things. Some basic features that would make storage management run smoother are missing or they have yet to implement them. An example: A tenant with 2 accounts and 2 different units needing to be combined as 1 tenant with both units must be completely moved out of one unit and moved into it under whichever account you want to use, this also changes the history line on payments etc. (Having 2 accounts for the same person in the first place is your own clerical error)

Also would like more flexibility on late fees etc.

Pros: Pretty idiot-proof for most users. Makes automation easy, especially when working off-site. It's easy to print or send reports.

Cons: No calendar integrations for mobile users. I sometimes have to look up how to accomplish small tasks. Reports could be improved.

Pros: The product is easy to navigate, screens are easy to read. Payment processing is very simple and easy to follow. Renting units is a breeze.

Cons: The help window can be a bit difficult to use. Some questions are never answered. Sometimes you get incorrect information if you do not list your catagorie specifically.

Overall: As a connected company, the software makes it easy to make sure that all facilities are on the same page. Reports are easy to read.

Storedge has been user-friendly and very helpful to the management of our storage units.

Pros: VERY easy and simplified interface. the software flows and makes it easy to figure out how to do something even if you're brand new to the program.

Cons: It needs a few more functions to make it perfect. for example, if you could link a work email to the storEDGE program instaed our microsoft outlook, Also a way to attach paperwork or notifications to group or mass emails from the storEDGE software, additionally, if it automatically auto filled out names and dates and prices to personalize t letter for each customer.

Pros: auto billing is very handy the auto posting is a nice feature and the late charged automatically done is wonderful

Cons: trying to correct a mistake with a credit card can be a night mare you have to call to correct an error

Pros: The late fees are easier to process. I like very much that we can text the tenants now. I like the close of day now. It is a lot easier to do the deposits and I'm secure that they are correct.

Cons: The glitches. Lots of glitches. It is very hard to fix mistakes made. We have to doctor the closings because sometimes its the only way to fix it.

Great team that has built a great program, but still has some bugs to work out.

Pros: The software is very easy to use, I like the ease of moving customers in and out as well as transferring customers. the reports are great and easy to use, and I like that we are able to do everything completely paperless.

Cons: The few bugs that haven't been worked out such as the ability to give refunds via credit cards doesn't work and it doesn't let me delete refund requests

Overall: The ability to go completely paperless. It saves time due to the ease of use.

Pros: I love how easy the system is to use. Not only that, but it is aesthetically pleasing as well. It's clearly on trend and looks up to date. I like how simple it is to navigate through the tasks bar and to find tenant information. On top of all of that, customer service is ALWAYS AMAZING. They are knowledgeable and if they do not know that answer right away, they are quick to find someone who does. I have never had a poor experience with customer service. They are kinda, respectful, patient, and overall wonderful people I enjoy asking for help whenever I need it. They made the transition into my current position as smooth as possible. I simply cannot rave about the customer service enough.

Cons: I know they are working on it right now, but the biggest lacking I can find is not having the ability to email our tenants mass custom emails. We have to create an email list ( which the system allows us to do) but then use a third party website to send mass emails to update tentants. I hope this features comes soon.

Customer support at Storedge is amazing they are always so patient and kind.

Cons: So far only thing has been during switch over it did not import any second numbers names or drivers license any of that info. So having to add all the info to every account is a pain but once done should be a breeze!

Pros: Great integrated capabilities: Price management, pay on line, mail house and excellent document management. It is extremely simple to manage the day to day operations and the reports are excellent.

Cons: The on-line help could be better. There is a ton of on-line documentation but it doesn't always address all the issues. However the telephone phone support is excellent.

Overall: Tremendous cost and time savings related to everything from managing the customer experience to the operating metrics.

Great to keep track of the different Profit Centers and post them into Quick Books.

Pros: The support team was incredibly helpful for the switch over! We love the ability to text customer and that emails are saved right in each account. The ability to upload documents to the account is very handy.

Cons: Some parts of the software are set up logically but not from the stand point of a property manager. For a multi location company the reporting is very time consuming as you have to switch from location to location then go through the entire process of pulling each report. For all business summaries there is no way of totaling all locations.

Pros: the simplicity of the overall program, moving in a new tenant is super easy, checking on a tenant, adding new information, it's all pretty quick and easy once you learn how it's done!

Cons: really do not have any as i'm just learning it, so far everything, once i was shown how to do it comes very easy.

Overall: how quick it is customers are in and out and that is what they want and we are here to make our customers happy!

Pros: The ease of being able to see and find all that I need on the "dash" and the developers are always available to listen to our ideas, as it is us managers who use the software daily.

Cons: I can't think of any con's to tell you the truth. Using this software has been a pleasure. Like I said, if we think of any new feature, just tell a developer and it won't be too long until it is rolled out.

Transitions can be exciting and stressful, but the StorEdge experience has left me without concern!

Pros: It's honestly a composition of little features that make the job easier. I LOVE that StorEdge allows you to see if a tenant has opened/read an email notification that has been sent; much like a read receipt. Additionally, the online payment and account management feature has been a fantastic new option that both myself and my customers enjoy. The online payment feature has allowed tenants to update and manage their auto pay settings as well. This is a wonderful amenity for customers because they're not forced to take the time out of their busy schedules to make it by during office hours, they can manage and update their payment preferences at their convenience. It's also fantastic how automated many tasks are such as emails, SMS notifications, auto pay withdrawals and most late fees. None of those even require the click of a button to execute the task, which enables the management staff to focus on other business necessities. The StorEdge program allows you to customize and tailor the features to your business! Not having to remember to post date payments after a bank deposit is amazing! StorEdge will automatically take any payments made after your "close of day" bank deposit report and add them to the next deposit cycle. Last but not least, if you're ever feeling lost, StorEdge support staff is always quick to respond and happy to help find a solution to your inquiry.

Cons: Please note that the following statements are more like suggestions than complaints: It would be great to add a very obvious way to "flag" an account. For example "don't accept checks", do not rent to", etc. There already is a place to note it, but a more conspicuous notification would be quite helpful since there are multiple staff members operating the software in one office. The only other suggestion I have is in regards to the sale/auction process. It would be great if there was a way to type in the description of items being sold rather than hand writing it on the notice of sale. The second observation is by no means an issue, I just feel it would look cleaner if the items listed for sale came out printed on the document.

Overall: There are a lot of great little features that really make an impact. Many of the rent courtesy notices, late reminders, auto pay withdrawals and even most late fees are automated which frees up a lot of time enabling management staff to focus on other business necessities. I think the best aspect is that StorEdge offers so many great amenities that can be tailored to each individual business based on their needs so you're not forced to use a default setting.

Comments: Need help with web page user friendliness. Other storage franchise software is leading in the customer user friendliness in my assessment.

Pros: Great service. Quick updates. Lots of features. Nice management summaries and other reports. Would love if it could include some transaction links to bank accounts to replace quick books completely.

Cons: Needs a little more flexibility to help trailor web pages to the uses. Falling a little bit behind in rental customer user friendliness. E.g. Grouping of units. Would like indoor, outdoor, climate. But groupings seem to float by size. E.g. The map feature doesn't allow text orientation adjustments. I. Fact it defaults to cross unit/cell short-wise so can't read unit numbers until fully zoomed.

Pros: Being able to see a tenants entire history and everything that goes along with a particular tenant. Payment history, tenant notes.

Cons: I wish for the ability to add a note to the tenants account from the past due page. I can view notes but would love to be able to add new note.

Overall: I have been using storEDGE since June of 2016. The ease of locating the reports is wonderful. Moving tenants in and seeing their account and the entire history is all put together very nicely. The one thing that I also am enjoying is their customer service, and the fact that they listen to our ideas.

Overall: Storedge makes it really simple to see where my facility at any given time. I can see all my delinquents, my percentage occupied, who has been contacted, etc., all from the front page. What makes it even better is that I can see all of that information from any device that has access to the internet. Since the entire platform is web based, I can even charge payments remotely and update gate codes, if necessary. The only hiccup was during the transition, where payments were going to my old software. I do not know if anyone out there has a great checklist or process for transitioning software platforms, but there always seems to be SOMETHING that goes wrong. Storedge is easy to get a hold of and the software is straight forward to use. I particularly like that all communication is easily monitored between management and tenants using the software and that you can mark units as needing to be cleaned or repaired. All in all, it was a good switch.

Recommendations to other buyers: talk to as many people as possible about creating a checklist for transitioning software.

Comments: Very good system. Very fool proof. Good reports. Professional appearance. Very responsive customer service. Friendly knowledgeable customer service from headquarters. Not overseas.

Pros: Ease of use and fully integrated operation.

Cons: The specific gate hardware required and no way to shut off code entry by customers if you don't have a compatible solution. Big oversight.

Comments: The majority of my experiences with this software have been really good.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use, I also really like the fact that they record and store any phone calls that were made. It's nice to have a history of that to go back to when needed.

Cons: I don't like that you can't enter a date when entering a payment. Sometimes we receive payments on time, but they do not get entered until another day due to certain circumstances. I would like the option to enter the correct date that the payment was actually received and not necessarily when it was entered.

Comments: The software is easy enough to use not has a few quirks and is sometimes unintuitive. Small things like how to enter more than one email for a single customer. And the. Offset issue is that it doesn't work with our gate software system linear controller.

Pros: Ease of use, functionality, switching between facilities, corporate wide reports and numbers, online renter's portal, and integration

Overall: When we first started, we were running Storage Commander for our 2 facilities. There were a lot of hang-ups we were having, so when we bought a third site, we new we needed a change. We tried StorEdge out for the new site and quickly realized that it was everything we wanted. With the promise of a facility map and other changes (which have been made and they are sweet!) We switched over a total of 3 sites and 700+ units to StorEdge with hardly any snags. We are very pleased with the software and the developers who are constantly looking for new ways to improve and make the interface more all-inclusive and user friendly. Thank you for always listening, looking for solutions to any problem that comes up, and having a kick-butt team!

Recommendations to other buyers: More customized answers on "how did you hear about us?" "reason for closing reservation" "reason of move out" for more customer data.

Pros: We like that it is web based, and that we can usually access it from anywhere. This software is really easy to use, and it looks really nice. We also really like the setup for giving refunds when they move out. It makes it really easy becuase the software prorated it for us, and we can either credit back to their credit card, or send a check. We also like that you are continually working on it to make it better.

Cons: There have been times when the software has shut down for a few hours during the day. It makes it hard because when it is web based like that and the website is down, we have no way to help our customers when they come in. Also there have been some glitches were it will randomly change a customer's rate up or down, it confuses both us, and our customers.

Overall: We have had some problems along the way, but the customer support is usually good to work with. Lidia has been a huge help when ever we have called. The software is fairly easy to use. There are times where the software is down for a few hours during the day, and it creates an inconvenience for us, but overall we are fairly satisfied.

Pros: Task list, Dash statistics & reports.

Cons: No Blue Moon Lease Software integration. No capability to print large maps of the property.

Overall: The best part of this software is the Dash Board. You can see all of your statistics at a glance. We have always had great customer service, with fast response time, when an issue arises. StorEDGE does have some great features such as the Task List, Reports & easy move in.

Pros: The ease of use.

Cons: Would like a little more flexibility when setting up move in dates. Some times resident change the date they are moving in and it feels a bit bulky. Also would like to be able to take a security deposit before move it. Makes it easier to hold the unit.

Overall: We were new to the Storage Rental Business and Storedge has made keeping track of our rentals and monthly rent a breeze.

Overall: We have been using StorEDGE for about 6 months now and overall it was a great improvement over our last software. I love the automatic receipt email feature and the ACH functions. Our clients have been thrilled with the ability to pay online. There are a few features that I would like to see added like the ability to print deposit slips and combine tenant accounts, but other than that it is awesome.

Our billing & payment processing has made a complete turn around for the good..

Comments: For the most part, StorEdge is very streamlined and, when up and running, is very simple to use for basic functions. There are a few hiccups we've run into with some functions and a few convoluted ways of doing another function. Aside from those issues, StorEdge is a very nice system. StorEdge customer support has been second to none in my early dealings with them. If I don't get through right away, I receive a call back very shortly.

Comments: We opened for business in May of 2016 and are already approaching capacity. storeEDGE did an amazing job building a website that has quickly generated organic SEO driving customers to our business. The integration of the phone calls to storeEDGE makes it seamless for us to add leads and track them through our sales funnel. The management summary report is my favorited because I can get a quick snap shot of revene, receipts and projected run rate on revenues.

All and all its a good system.
