Pros The layout is simple and it is very easy to understand for a new user. Cons Some of the cooler features are difficult to find (i.e. Quick notes). Customer support is fantastic. Biggest complaint is lack of mobile functionality. I want a bullhorn mobile that I can use! Syncs well with Outlook. It can easily handle as many contacts as you need to manage with good sorting and searching capabilities, facilitating communication between Sales and Recruiting. When searching for a client or recruitment candidate, ALL of the available information is returned--so instead of just contact info, there is also a history of all their activity, including emails. Bullhorn CRM is also great for new hires because the interface is intuitive and doesn't require a lot of training. Cons While Bullhorn CRM is an easy to learn and use product, with the exception of the Pulse feature, it's not particularly innovative and doesn't offer any features that stand out as far as I can tell. Reloading pages and refreshing appointments can take longer than it seems like they should. They really understand the recruiting workflow and space and are constantly innovating themselves to ensure they address everything. 2. You can make their standard ATS really adopt to your company and style Cons I'm not their number one VIP customer and they don't agree to my every demand . It's very frustrating. I have selected it at multiple companies. Pros Search capabilities, customization, work flows, etc. Cons Pricing could be better for small businesses (1-5 licenses). It would be great if bullhorn did more to feature product upgrades; I've been using the tool for a long time so I don't always notice when a new/better feature gets rolled out. Now I'm beginning to doubt the authenticity of these reviews... Pros The auto logging of emails and the dating of comments. Cons The severe lack of customisations. We were sold on the idea that it could be quite extensively customised, only to come on board and be told that it cannot work, even if we are willing to pay for it. The instability of the platform irks all the users. Frequent crashing, tabs not appearing. The speed (or lack thereof) when loading each screen is terrible... The support staff can access your data without your knowledge. I questioned them on this, and got a reply saying that I didn't need to worry about it because they won't do anything funny. Cons Add-ons are optional and helpful, but can be costly if you want to have multiple options. The server up site is not always as quick to show issues as it is for users to report them. I really appreciate the option for interview screens being set up in the format they are in. It is so much easier than manually entering in questions and typing up every question, every time. Cons I do not like that in order to add jobs to candidates initial screens, I am required to enter every field (Title, Pay, Company name, Location, Reason for leaving, job description) --- while it's all great information to have the fields available for input, I do not like that it is required because I do not go over every detail of every job on a candidates resume, such as the city it was located in, but might ask one or two questions about a less relevant job. The "Tasks" feature just isn't practical for me. There is no reason why I would use this over my Microsoft Office calendar alerts or a to do list. Review Source PL PAUL L. It keeps our process standard and we also use their on boarding system to make things move more quickly in our organization. Bullhorn also integrates into our systems well and it's like using another function of our VMS. Cons Sometimes features tend to disappear from version to version. I probably don't use half of the options but I do feel that everything for all my candidates, clients, jobs and placements are processed accurately and easily recorded. It is super easy to post jobs and search for candidates within the system. They also have a great set up for email templates to internal and external stake holders. Cons The Mobile app is somewhat slow and clunky but I rarely use it so it isn't too big of an issue. Not the cheapest but depending on your needs it is often worth it.
