Has certainly helped us and created revenue within the first 4 months of installation. Pros Easy to use, configurable, great support team (although we have had to use them quite a bit). Tracks everything beautifully to be honest. Usable from anywhere with an internet connection. Mobile phone access. Outlook (2016) integration works well. Cons Can't wait for the new version. Parsing CV's function is mostly good but has it's own problems (new version should cure this). Unable to fully configure the screen layout to your own liking. The process is fairly straightforward and the system is intuitive with very little training. There is some training offered in the beginning which is somewhat helpful. Overall, the ease of use and price is probably the biggest selling factor. Cons There are a few features that seem quirky in Bullhorn. The way a job order automatically closes when someone is placed seems like a good idea but has give us some trouble when we have many openings to fill. With the basic version, you don't get email integration which seems like it is something that should be included in all versions. Review Source AL Adam L. Used the software for: ### "Bullhorn Review" December 8, 2016 3.0 bullhorn is an enterprise tool best suited for large organizations overall it is a good recruitment tool that has excellent analytical tools I find the actual search tools to be limiting and the customization and new features and very far and few between I would definitely not recommend Bullhorn to a small or medium sized company as they need will be better served to go to a less expensive and more customization application I would like to see more features added to the system to keep up with the times as many requests my organization makes do not get accommodated look and feel is pretty solid on BH I just wish they improve it's guts and core recruitment functions color coding would be a nice addition too many problems exist with their parsing technology compared to others I have worked with not being able to save your login info or not being able to access the site through certain browsers remains an issue even after knowing about these issues for years now hoping to see more improvements in 2017 Review Source BG Bill G. The fact that my company pays money to use it is a crime. I literally have to refresh/re-sync about every 10 minutes in order for it to not be overloaded/not work. Customer Service is horrible. Might as well revert back to pen and paper seeing as nothing in the software program is beneficial anyway. It's very technical and if you don't have the time and ability to build it for your own needs step by step it's just a basic and bulky feeling software you can track applicants and job orders with. As a growing boutique recruiting firm with outdated software we were struggling to post jobs, track candidates through the submittal process and manage our prospects. Bullhorn has allowed us to put processes in place to easily track the recruiting lifecycle as well as find qualified candidates in our database with ease via Boolean searching and their other search tools. Also a huge plus is we are able to manage our daily call lists for prospecting via the tasks tab, and quickly move through documenting calls - all in one screen. The only negative about Bullhorn would be that it is more costly than some other ATS options, but when weighed against the productivity it allows the cost is easily justified. It finds who the duplicate contacts are so you're never submitting or talking to someone without knowing if someone else in the company has already done so. Once you learn the screens, Bullhorn is extremely user-friendly. There are always multiple ways to get to most of the screens you're looking to get to. With reliability, they have more than 99% uptime. There was only one act of God that kept us down for a few hours, but they resolved it inside of a day and kept us updated the entire time. Cons In the past, I had issues with the billing and customer service, but they have since changed both to make them much more customer-friendly. I could say price, but like anything, you get what you pay for. I want the Lexus of databases, so I'm paying the Lexus price. If I wanted Toyota, then well, I'd get a Toyota. Are there cheaper? With the bowling alley on the side, it is like have two computer screens! Cons Two complaints I would have is when the system goes down and I am unable to see certain options within candidate profiles and that the search function and resume match does not work as well as I would hope. The ease of use is amazing. The team to help configure the site was so knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the way. Know that I am up and running all the expectations that I had about how the full suite line would help my business is coming true. I show new hires how to navigate the system and it blows them away at how intuitive it is. Great work Bullhorn! Keep it up. Pros Ease of use, Intuitive process, Configuration controls, administrative controls are easy to use as well. Cons I asked for the Chat with Support link to be more accessible and they were already working on do it! I have nothing!
